The Role

As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be the frontline of our operations. You'll handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will include triaging customer inquiries, documenting interactions in our CRM, and ensuring data accuracy across systems. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be key in helping us maintain high standards and deliver outstanding service.

• Previous experience in customer support is required
• Experience in the insurance, property management or financial industry is required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound emails and calls to engage dentists and generate interest in our products.
• Provide additional collateral and information to prospects to facilitate decision-making.
• Proactively follow up with leads after sending collateral to secure sales call appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate handoffs to the client’s Sales Representatives, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and follow-ups using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call volume, email engagement, and appointment setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.

• Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
• Familiarity with lead management tools such as Excel or CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Aggressive and self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
• Preferred but not mandatory: experience in outbound sales for medical devices or dental-related products.
