• Collaborate closely with Process Leads on:
  • Refining business user stories
  • Resolving key design decisions

• Manage & Enhance Gap dispositioning / Development objects, ensuring effective resolution.
• Utilize agile methodologies (e.g., Jira) and visualization tools (e.g., Visio) for efficient project management.
• Possess a strong desire to learn new technologies (S/4 HANA, MuleSoft, API, CDL) and stay ahead of the curve.
• Proactively identify and assess potential impacts of process changes on legacy and satellite systems.
