The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS services deployed at an enterprise scale and will collaborate with a distributed team of developers across various time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve P1-P5 issues in accordance with SLA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support, including incident resolution, scheduled deployments, and other operational tasks
• Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure (IAM, S3, EC2, ECS, R53, Logs)

• Administer Kubernetes clusters using Rancher and kubectl
