As a 3PL Business Expert (Allocation), you are part of driving the overall Distribution Centre result, focusing on incoming stocks planning, allocation to store execution planning, value added services, garments quality check & follow thru, Non-Commercial Goods (NCG) Operations and the dependencies to other logistics- and business areas.

Key responsibilities:  

• Accountable for inbound warehouse operations, value added activities, proper garment care, NCG Operations and logistics arrangement to achieve overall organizational goals and objectives. 
• Expected to collaborate with relevant departments in ensuring incoming stocks are accounted for, allocation to store are properly executed following the required dates that new garments should be in the store.  
• Ensure that end-to-end NCG Operations requirements are being met. 
• Must be able to lead the warehouse team to deliver an efficient service to other department colleagues and excellent services meeting external customer expectations. 
• Develop and continuously improve on design, implementation and enforcement of an effective warehouse management system covering incoming, allocation to store and value-added services & NCG operations. 
• Establish and periodically review the team achievement on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) relating to warehouse. 
• Maximizes profitability through plans, budget and cost follow up. 
• Ensure excellent quality of garment care and routines in the logistic chain through commercial placement. 
• Inform and communicate with DC Team about on-going activities, spot check results, quality check, hanging and steaming decisions, and errors reporting. 
• Inform and communicate with Global packing and local packing responsible. 
• Follow up on audits (DC & Store) and ensure best practices and administrative routines are followed. 
• Ensure good inventory levels of NCG within the warehouse to cater effectively to both DC & Store needs.

As a Business Expert (Transport & Controlling) you are responsible to secure transport and controlling needs of the Philippine Distribution Center (DC).  You are going to secure transport operation flow, cost management while securing high level KPIs, drive set sustainability actions. In addition, you will support H&M DC Manager and 3PL with financial and quantitative insights and ensure financial reporting accuracy and review results with the Regional Controller to achieve the best outcome for the H&M customers.

Key responsibilities:   

Secure Transportation Operation flow  

• Day-to-Day transport coordination within DC, Outbound departments and contracted carriers 
• Support the business through smooth running delivery operations 
• Always ensure a high level of consistency and service dealing with all external partners (e.g. forwarders / carriers) 

Cost Management and Secure High Level KPIs 

• Monitor and act on transport KPIs, and follow up (e.g. via DELCON); ensure given transportation budgets 
• Monitor stock deliveries to be in full, at the correct frequency and on time 
• Monitor return handling and secure filling grade targets are met 
• Balance delivery times aligned to the needs of the 3PL- provide sound business in case of bottle necks or conflicts 

Execute Sustainability Strategy  

• Execute sustainability transport targets based on regional sustainability strategy and targets 
• Review and secure correct sustainability reporting of forwarders/carriers 
• Collaborate with Regional Transport team to support transport sustainability goals 

DC Controlling Function 

• Together with the team you will constantly work on securing operational excellence through analysis and actions. Set strategies for maximizing profit and efficiency. 
• Drive profit mindset to your team through strong leadership skills: inspiration, delegation, follow-up and motivation. 
• Oversee new projects and ROIs of business cases. 
• Oversee, challenge and validate planning 
• Manage 3PL service providers’ performance and develop performance in a cost-conscious way.  
• Ensure the accuracy of all customers related KPIs to support decision making for future actions to improve customer experience. 
• Lead and develop a high quality controlling steering model including reporting and follow-up structure. 
• Ensure correctness of accounting and finance activities – secure robust and accurate financial budget and forecasts (incl. capex). 
• Ensure all internal and external routines connected to compliance are secured in the best way. 
• Define H&M framework & reports structure to follow up on business results on regular basis, in alignment with overall global guidelines & reporting needs of DC management, audit routines, etc. 
• Secure correct invoicing & quality check of main cost drivers from an H&M perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for outbound warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics arrangement to achieve overall organizational goals and objectives. Develop and continuously improve on design, implementation and enforcement of an effective warehouse management system covering facility management, space optimization, efficient resource and equipment utilization, security of goods and safe workplace
• Develop, review, and implement work instructions, policies and procedures for all warehouse operations covering inventory control, receiving, storage and arrangement in compliance with company policies and other relevant requirements.
• Instill high standard of 5S and collaboration culture in warehouses operations (5S: Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize & Sustain) and Maximizes profitability through plans, budget and cost follow up. Inform and communicate with DC Team about on-going activities, spot check results, quality check, hanging and teaming decisions, box control and errors reporting
• Organize cycle count and stock count to ensure inventory accuracy and stocks availability to avoid stock out and enhancing planning efficiency. Maintenance of all warehouse assets and Material Handling Equipment related to the department.
