Manage and oversee GCD services for a portfolio of clients, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day relationships with Cluster and the timely and accurate delivery of client reporting and information.
Form an effective working relationship with the cluster. To be able to leverage these relationships to effectively resolve issues and provide solutions for all breaches, complaints, or errors
Develop and implement tailored strategies for clients to ensure GCD's smooth operation.
Ensure target KPIs of the team are met.
Create and execute action plans to tackle identified issues, risks, and bottlenecks.
Report directly to the Head of Delivery on team performance and concerns with solutions for any issues or problems arising in the office.
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments, (i.e. BAT, GPT, IT), as required.Accounting graduate with 10+ years of relevant accounting experience
At least 5+ years of supervisory experience
Fund Industry Experience is required
