Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engagement Initiatives: Develop and implement programs and activities to boost team morale and cultivate a positive work environment.
• Feedback Collection: Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to gather feedback on employee satisfaction, and act on findings to make continuous improvements.
• Event Management: Organize and oversee both online and in-office corporate events, company anniversary, and sports activities, including team-building activities, holiday celebrations, and wellness programs (physical, mental, financial)
• Wellness Programs: Design and roll out wellness initiatives that address the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of staff.
• Retention Strategies: Collaborate with HR to develop and refine strategies aimed at increasing employee retention.
• Performance Rewards: Work with leadership to develop a rewards and recognition program that acknowledges outstanding performance and contributions to the company.

• At least 2 years of work experience within EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
• BPO experience is a plus
• Willing to work on night shifts and in both sites - Makati and Mandaluyong

• Manage vendors and suppliers of the organization
• Control finances / expenditures
• Manage vendor accreditation
• Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks

Monthly Salary: PHP 30,000

• At least 6 months of WORK EXPERIENCE in the same role
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Amenable to work ONSITE in Makati
• OK to work on night shifts, with overtime whenever needed
