Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Conducting daily audits on the driver and pharmacy using a client-based tool and google sheets
• Ensuring that any discrepancies on the report will be reported on time and accurately
• Communicating with the client and third-party application provider for any routes or delivery issues

• At least 6 months Back Office/Data Entry experience or similar
• Proficient in using MS Excel/Google Sheets
• BPO experience is a PLUS
• Detailed oriented and organized
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work night shift
• Amenable working on site in MAKATI

• At least 6 months of WORK EXPERIENCE using Microsoft Tools
• Knows good e-mail etiquette
• Confident interacting with Americans and US-based clients
