• Sending out requests to different institutions            
• Outbound calls to follow-up on the requests that has been sent to institutions           
• Reviewing statements for more income information of the resident to be requested           
• Saving documents to respective resident's folder           
• Assisting Medicaid Case Managers on a daily basis.           
• Filling out Medicaid application forms   

• 6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a healthcare account
• Good working knowledge regarding Medicaid / Medicare
• Medical billing experience is a plus (cash postings, billing, claims)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
