Scope of Role

You will join a team focused on innovation and client satisfaction within a dynamic organization, being the interface between Product Engineering and Client Services. You will report to the Engineering Support Team Lead, who is based in Manila.

As a Support Engineer, you will:

Be the primary contact between the Engineering organization, ITRS Client Services, and other departments looking for development assistance.

Analyze Help Desk tickets assigned to the Engineering team:

1. This may require reviewing the ITRS Product codebase or consulting with developers in the relevant Engineering group(s). The Support Engineer should aim for self-sufficiency to minimize the impact on Engineering teams.

Handle special debug builds requested by Client Services.

Verify and fix software defects:

1. Reproduce customer issues in-house to verify defects.
2. Fix defects when possible, to reduce the workload on teams focusing on strategic development tasks.

Verify enhancement requests:

1. Collaborate with Product Owners and several team members to determine the work required for new features.
2. Engage with the appropriate engineering teams to define and verify requirements.

Support Engineering teamwork queues:

1. Ensure environments, proofs, and documentation are ready for the Engineering teams to act on.
2. Support the improvement and automation of system tools.

Conduct ad-hoc investigations on behalf of the Engineering teams:

1. Assist the Engineering teams with time-intensive issues.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in Software Development, DevOps or Software Support

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in:

1. Python
2. Bash

Hands-on experience with:

1. Containerization platforms (e.g., Docker)
2. Orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes)

Proficiency in the following programming languages:

1. Java
2. C/C++

Familiarity with:

1. Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
2. CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)

Experience in a Level 3 support role (advantageous)

Experience with solutions and the ability to solve complex problems

A team player

Eagerness to independently learn new skills

Proficiency in English, able to convey technical information, create detailed documentation, and manage client interactions.

Willing to work in a hybrid setup, reporting onsite at least once a week to our Makati office

Scope of Role

Reporting to our Client Services Manager, in this role, we are looking for a enthusiastic techie to join our Customer Success Team. You’ll do a lot of fun technical learning with Linux, Windows, MySQL/MariaDB, AWS and Opsview Monitor and Opsview Cloud, ready to provide technical support to our customers.

Your primary role will be to deliver sound technical advice to customers promptly. You will have Linux knowledge with MySQL/MariaDB. You will work within a global team to provide a high level of service to both external and internal customers and will relish the opportunity to work with the latest technologies.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:

You will work in our Manila office, operating a staggered day shift pattern over a 7 day period when up to speed, with an on call rota, one weekend in four.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical support issues with Opsview Monitor and Linux
• Work directly with customers by phone and email/ticketing system
• Provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests regarding products and services with accuracy and speed.
• Advocate for our internal processes to ensure we always deliver a high quality and efficient service to our customers
• Work collaboratively to build and maintain productive working relationships with Customer Support Team members and other departments, to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved
• Demonstrate your willingness to contribute directly and indirectly to other tasks within Customer Success

You will have:

• 3+ years Linux experience in CentOS, RedHat, Debian or Ubuntu
• 3+ years of experience with querying databases, e.g. MySQL / MariaDB
• Composed using with the Linux command line, installing software
• An interest in InfluxDB, Ansible, AWS Certifications (Desirable)
• Scripting experience in Bash, Python or Perl (Desirable)
• Knowledge in database tuning and troubleshooting (Desirable)

Scope of Role

ITRS has a DevOps team that creates and supports its Continuous integration, build and similar systems. We are now building its next generation observability platform with the capability to collect, store and analyse the vast amount of data generated by banks and financial institutions.

Crucial to the adoption of our product is a streamlined client deployment and management process. With around 200 clients we are faced with different levels of complexity, automation, and sophistication in the deployment process – complexity which we need to take into account when developing, testing and marketing the product.

ITRS is looking to strengthening its DevOps team with an Engineer with experience in Kubernetes-based systems as well as a background in more standard software development DevOps.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:

• Report to our Engineering Manager and work with the Engineering team in developing a flexible DevOps infrastructure to help develop a data collection, storage and analytics platform and a user-centric application that enables the use and visualisation of data.
• Work with Product, Engineering, TechComms, and Support to define, document, and promote best practices around deployment and management of the system.
• Help clients and early adopters to deploy the stack.
• Improve the manageability and supportability of the stack – this includes working with Product to define new features required to make the product easier to manage.
• Actively participate in proposing, planning and implementing DevOps solutions.
• Be an active part of the DevOps team that is supporting an Engineering team developing both the existing Geneos product and the new analytics-based platform, sharing best practices, providing support, sharing knowledge and generally collaborating to solve the most pressing issues at hand.

You will have:

• Understanding of networking and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of systems/networking security best practices.
• Experience with Linux system administration.
• Experience with Kubernetes or other similar orchestration technologies.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
• 4+ years experience in cloud technologies (for example AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with configuration tools such Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMWare, ESXI.
• Experience in continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with VCS such as Git.
• Some level of programming experience such as Python, Java, .NET.

As a Lead Software Engineer will ensure that OP5 Monitor meets the needs of the current customer base from a technical perspective. This will include understanding the product and ensuring any changes are consistent with the architecture.You will report to the Engineering Manager - Infrastructure Monitoring in our UK office, whilst managing a local team of engineers in our Makati office. • Lead a small cross functional team using Agile KanBan framework

As a QA Engineer you will ensure a high-quality product is delivered to our customers while driving through improvements to our QA capability, you will report to the QA Manager in our Makati office. The software product QA team and have responsibility for delivering improvements and influencing colleagues, and implementing manual and automated tests. As a QA Engineer, you will:

• Define and deliver QA strategic improvements and capabilities  
• Build expertise in important QA areas, for example performance or security testing
