The Marketing Assistant for Events will be the one to handle all internal and external events of JC Premiere -- pre event planning, conceptualization to coordination, event execution and post event activities in order to help attain the over-all goal of the department.
✅Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Marketing, Advertising and/or Communications, Business, or its equivalent.
✅Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✅Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals and procedures.
✅Good in budget management.
✅Good stress and time management.
✅Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information.
✅Ability to multitask.
✅Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
✅Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
✅Fresh Graduate or At least one (1) year experience in marketing, handling events.
