Job Description

The Order Processing Specialist accurately processes purchases on a daily basis. This role is responsible for account activations and various other requests. Acting as the primary internal customer contact, communicating directly or through the sales organization with the customer to close business and complete administrative functions in line with the objectives and responsibilities of the Global Sales Team. Manage regular and ad hoc projects, gathering information from multiple departments in the company.

Key Responsibilities and Outputs:

Process external customer purchase orders, signed Order Forms or other forms of commitments
Provision new and existing customer accounts on multiple platforms for our various products
Process internal customer requests
Effectively resolve customer issues/concerns regarding purchases/provisioning
Respond to customer email inquiries and requests
Develop and maintain excellent rapport with customers, both internal and external
Provide first hand support to sales, resellers/partners, finance, product support teams globally
Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Turnitin LLC products, sales promotions and order processes
Perform other administration duties and projects as assigned

Proven characteristics for success:

Detail oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills/ friendly and approachable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
Action-oriented mindset
Ability to change/adjust direction with little or no notice

Qualifications

Essential:

High level of computer literacy
High Level of attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be customer-retention focused
Must be able to effectively prioritize, multi task and work well as part of a team

* Candidate need to work in UK hours

Preferred:

2-3 years’ experience (preferred) in order processing, customer service or related experience order processing, customer service or related experience
Previous experience with SalesForce and Netsuite

Education:

University degree

Job Description

Turnitin is seeking a disciplined and self driven Sales Development Representative to generate and prospect sales opportunities. Your job will be to develop qualified leads into potential prospects. You will understand the Turnitin Integrity and Assessment product portfolio to assess the potential customers needs and position the right product that solves to their needs. You will progress the relationship until they are ready to talk to a sales account executive. This two step process makes this role a key partner to the account executives so that they can focus on closing deals, while you focus on finding new leads, getting past gatekeepers, and other prospecting tasks.

Part of your job will be to research ideal contact lists based on the Higher Education Ideal Customer Profile. Most of your time will be spent reaching out to potential customers through the early stages of the sales funnel.

Responsibilities:

Represent the Turnitin product portfolio, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to research potential higher education institutional customers to identify how our solutions could meet their needs.
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales opportunities.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales account executives for next steps.
Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation activities.
Utilise SalesForce, emails and follow up with phone calls to generate new sales opportunities.
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the higher education market.
Set up product demonstration meetings between (prospective) customers and sales account executives.
Report to the sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
2+ years experience as a B2B sales development representative with a track record of achieving lead/sales quotas.
2+ years of sales development experience in a SaaS and/or Ed Tech environment preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in initiating and nurturing relationships with potential customers using targeted outbound prospecting techniques.
2+ years proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM is ideal.
Full proficiency in English (required).
Flawless communication skills, both oral and written communication, and comfortable speaking in public.
Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, sending email and doing phone calls every day.
Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads.
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.

Preferred:

1+ years selling in Ed Tech or SaaS industries is a plus

Lead all presales activities during Sales process to ensure successful deal closures.
Facilitates weekly status meetings working through issue management and resolution.
Maintains status reports, issue and action logs, project plans and documentation.
Performs all set-up parameters to enable production environment.

Manages technical activities.

What you bring

10+ years and up experience in Business Consulting, Project Implementation, Lending applications/products
Should have experience of implementing the lending solution as business analysis.
Having experience in Commercial lending & BABOK certification will be a value add.
The person should have the capability to understand business requirements and documenting them for the technology team’s better understanding, in other words, a bridge between business and technology team.
Having working experience in a bank will be a value-add.
Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner.
Calculates/estimates costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions to establish their viability/ROI.
Re-engineers processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
Assesses, applies and projects the impact of system changes on Bookkeeping, Trade Management, Position PL monitoring, Billing, etc.

What you will be doing:

Plan and support the sales strategies, position FIS solution to financial services prospects / clients.
Discover and understand the business impact of the prospect’s business requirements in order to assess product fit, to identify any solution gaps, advise customer and internal stakeholders on overall solution architecture.
Perform solution presentations and deliver system demonstrations, that are fit for purpose and well adapted for business user and C-Level
Respond to RFI / RFP / customer queries and deliver the POC in a timely and professional manner
Proactively generate business growth ideas across your solution set by defining the corresponding Go-To-Market and solution set offering
Deliver the end-to-end solution design / architecture for prospects and existing customers
Provide industry thought leadership, engage with the regulatory bodies, business associations, sector magazines, clients to remain updated on the present and future industry drivers and challenges
Design solution architecture, complementing within a prospect’s solution landscape, sometimes envisioned
Work closely with other FIS business solution teams for the multiple FIS solutions and services
Collaborate and support to presales colleagues in other parts of the world, provide relevant market needs and product gap information to Product Management and Development teams.
Assist Professional Services team during scoping sessions to ensure continuity and efficient handover.

What you bring:

Excellent presentation and communication skill in English
8+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Presales, Business Analysis, Lending applications / products
Sound knowledge of Asset Financing, Leasing, Hire Purchase, Loan Servicing and Management
Good understanding on Accounting for Loans and Leases, Dealer Financing, Wholesale Lending
Hands-on experience dealing with Asset Financing / Lending Solutions
Solutioning mind-set, with ‘out of the box’, thinking focus.
An open-minded approach to learning about other new products, markets trends, innovations

Job Description

Turnitin partners with institutions to ensure the integrity of global education and meaningfully improve learning outcomes. This vision requires the sales team that sells a platform with multiple new solutions and creates deeper relationships with customers. With our global go to market teams consisting of sales professionals who work with customers to ensure their success and grow their footprint, the sales operations team focuses on the success of the sales team today but looks ahead to help the sales team achieve their goals with effective data, tools and processes.

Turnitin is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be a partner with the larger commercial Revenue Operations team along with the GTM sales team to help enhance the efficiency and productivity of the sales team, to help facilitate our rapid team expansion and customer growth across the organization.

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will support direct and indirect sales teams across the organization in analyzing system data to establish and implement process alignment and improvements to align sales strategy. The role will be critical in evaluating the general health of the sales process in order to help Turnitin run effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with the broader Commercial Operations team, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure the best experience and most efficient processes to drive the sales process.

Our ideal candidate is a professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, collaboration and communication skills along with experience of working closely with customer facing sales teams. The person must have very strong organizational skills and an excellent eye for detail. They must also be flexible and willing to dive into every challenge. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. Ultimately, you should be driven and passionate about ensuring the success of the sales team by delivering information.

Key Responsibilities and Outputs

Based on data analysis, establishes and drives process improvement, adoption, and effectiveness at every level of the sales process, ensuring process compliance
Support and optimize the use of Salesforce, including assisting with ongoing enhancements and testing
Helps set and enforce best practices related to Salesforce data hygiene.
Works closely with Sales Enablement to create, maintain and deliver onboarding content
Delivers onboarding of new hires
Creates and maintains documentation of processes, standard operating procedures, and visuals for training purposes.
Ensures that training content is up to date and accurate
Gathers reporting and dashboard requirements to provide visibility to sales teams on pipeline and performance against targets
Tracks and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic solutions to achieve sales goals
Produces and maintains regular and ad-hoc Salesforce reporting and dashboards based on metrics that drive sales velocity for Sales, Marketing and Finance
Partner with finance, marketing, and other departments to align sales operations with overall business objectives
Drive the successful execution of project-based initiatives to enhance sales operations efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring milestones are met and objectives achieved within specified timelines
Develops and executes change management strategies conducting training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure the seamless integration of changes and adoption of new processes and tools into the daily operations of the GTM sales team

Qualifications

Essential

A minimum of 3 years of solid experience in a sales support-oriented role, showing understanding of the intricacies of sales operations and support functions
Exhibit in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on utilizing this platform for optimal sales management and strategic decision-making
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly
Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and organizational prowess, showcasing the ability to transform data into actionable insights presented in various formats, facilitating informed decision-making
Competence in time management and problem-solving, substantiating the ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver optimal solutions efficiently
Experience with sales teams, SaaS businesses, and/or educational technology, accentuating a comprehensive understanding of diverse industry landscapes

Preferred

Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification
Expertise in change management, driving successful transformations implementing strategic initiatives to enhance processes and seamlessly integrating new methodologies
Experience with enablement systems such as Groove, Highspot
Proven experience in working with Salesforce and in creating reports and dashboards
