The Order Processing Specialist accurately processes purchases on a daily basis. This role is responsible for account activations and various other requests. Acting as the primary internal customer contact, communicating directly or through the sales organization with the customer to close business and complete administrative functions in line with the objectives and responsibilities of the Global Sales Team. Manage regular and ad hoc projects, gathering information from multiple departments in the company. 

Key Responsibilities and Outputs:

• Process external customer purchase orders, signed Order Forms or other forms of commitments

• Provision new and existing customer accounts on multiple platforms for our various products

• Process internal customer requests

• Effectively resolve customer issues/concerns regarding purchases/provisioning

• Respond to customer email inquiries and requests

• Develop and maintain excellent rapport with customers, both internal and external

• Provide first hand support to sales, resellers/partners, finance, product support teams globally

• Maintain an excellent working knowledge of Turnitin LLC products, sales promotions and order processes

• Perform other administration duties and projects as assigned

Reporting to Collections Team Lead, this role is responsible for working in a fast-paced global team to efficiently collect cash from customers. The role involves proactive communication with customers to facilitate timely payments and maintain positive relationships while ensuring adherence to the company's collections policies and procedures.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage a high-volume multi-currency ledger, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms. 
• Develop and maintain customer relationships both internal and external and have an awareness of cultural and regional differences with respect, while effectively enforcing agreed terms.
• Query handling and investigation, liaise with other departments to ensure swift resolutions of queries and efficient OTC flow.
• Cash allocation, assisting with identification of payments and ensuring short paid reason is identified and correctly categorised and resolved within month payment received.
• Carefully and sensitively process final notices working with internal stakeholders, taking appropriate levels of actions in cases of non payments, including up to account closure and service termination.
• Ensure all document processes are followed and DOA’s approvals adhered to at all times.
• Enable the business to meet its cash collection targets and needs.

Required:

• 3+ years proven track record of successful cash collecting in a busy global AR team
• Tenacious and professionally assertive
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on exposure to accounting systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Strong written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills and relationship building

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Content Specialist to maintain content on our websites and support global stakeholders in the development of their sites. 

As part of a Digital Marketing team - acting as an internal agency - the web development team that supports Global Marketing and the organization (i.e. internal clients) serving the globe. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in supporting all of the Turnitin organization’s portfolio of products in achieving revenue targets by providing a first-class digital marketing service that meets and exceeds the expectations of colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities: 

Web Content Support

• Utilize content management systems (CMS) to upload, format, organize and publish web content.
• Regularly update and maintain the content on the website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support content authors with content entry questions or issues.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
• Stay informed about SEO trends and implement strategies to enhance website ranking and performance.

Analyze & Experiment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.
• Monitor website analytics to track the performance of content and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to web content.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with the in-house design and web development teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience on the website.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for accurate billing of our customers, maintaining accurate  records of incoming payments, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely collections. The  ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. You will collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless financial transactions and contribute to the overall efficiency of our finance  team. 

Responsibilities: 

● Generating invoices on sales orders in netsuite  

● Create accurate billing schedules which highlight revenue commitments for multi-year deals from SFDC data 

● Ensures the ways of working/required approach for different local jurisdictions is understood met and applied 

● Generate all credit memos for the region and supports other regions where required

● Adhere to KPIs and metrics to ensure successful billing and collections KPIs can be achieved

● Actively managing Month End tasks and reconciliations ensuring a timely close  

● Create Standard Operating Procedures, training guides and develops and oversees Best Practice.

● Awareness and manage the cultural and regional differences with respect whilst enforcing payment terms 

● Working with the Orders and Billing Team for sales order corrections, credit memos and prepayments. 

● Working with the Tax Team on global tax queries and requirements 

● Perform account reconciliations 

● Ensures DSO and aging metrics are met in relation to Debtors 

● Enables the business to meet its cash collection targets and needs 

● Daily review of multiple bank statements across various subsidiaries

● Perform customer account reconciliations

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our organisation. You will be responsible for a portfolio of international customers, maintaining accurate  records of incoming payments, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely collections. The  ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. You will collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless financial transactions and contribute to the overall efficiency of our finance  team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage an international customer ledger, seeking to drive the collection of cash,
  whilst reducing overdue debt
• Work towards monthly and quarterly cash and debt objectives
• Contact debtors by letter, email, or telephone call to address new and/or overdue invoices
• Document customer interactions such as payment updates and billing queries
• Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Billing, Tax, etc.) to resolve issues which prevent payment
• Display full accountability for invoices once generated, and own the process through to collections/clearing
• Leverage a formal invoice reminder process, through to a potential warning of suspension of service
• Establish and maintain regular communications with key clients, seeking to provide a positive customer experience
• Perform account reconciliations where necessary and provide supporting evidence to recommend journals, adjustments and write-offs
• Support other relevant AR activities where needed, e.g. maintain customer vendor portals and obtain residency certificates
