What you'll be doing:
- Implementing and monitoring Windows Patching processes in different environments
- Identifying and resolving system problems, completing audits, and implementing improvements
- Working with project managers, account managers, and relationship managers to enhance support services and resolve client escalations
- Collaborating with other client support managers to drive process and productivity improvements
- Leading the development of client support programs and process enhancements to improve external customer service
- Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis
- Performing other related duties as needed
What you bring:
- Knowledge and experience with Windows operating systems and related hardware and utilities
- Familiarity with management reporting, operational procedures, and management information systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, catering to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, team-building, organization, negotiation, conflict management, and time management skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and handle complex, confidential, and sensitive information
- Capacity to work closely with executive management, providing essential information and making recommendations
- Willingness to share technical and industry knowledge and expertise with others
