About the role

Work in Virtual environment (FIS Office and Home) as part of a team (offshore and onshore) reporting to the Client Relationship-Delivery Manager Senior to manage the service side of the client relationship including escalation, effective oversight of client project and implementations, execution of account plan activities, building of relationships with client contacts and management of the client loyalty process.

• Monitors monthly service level/availability management reports to identify possible trends in service level agreement (SLA) “misses” and contacts appropriate product area if “misses” fall within guidelines of a contractual penalty.

• In the event of a contractual penalty, calculates and processes service level credits, informs billing team and notifies client on timing of credit receipt.

• Provides oversight on commitment requests including setting up commitment in system, participating in project kickoffs to ensure understanding of project expectations and scope, ensures proper resources are assigned, monitors target dates and ensures billing is accurate and on time.

• Identifies additional opportunities to provide more products, services or other resources to customer and refers to managing director/relationship manager.

• May participate in business reviews to learn about clients’ strategic direction as well as gain a good understanding of the products and/or services FIS is offering.

• Participates in client loyalty process by informing assigned clients of process, encouraging clients to respond to survey information in a timely manner, participating in follow-up discussions and developing action plans to address any negative comments.

Job Summary

Provide support to key NA clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders primarily via our ticketing system (ServiceNow), email and outbound calls.

This position involves adding value towards Incident progression/resolution, request fulfilment and will also require an element of data reconciliation capability.

A Service Desk Analyst will perform accurate ticket triage and resolve at first line of contact where possible, supporting Incidents and queries or quickly escalating to the correct support team.

• Coach agents on a regular basis discussing performance, strengths and AFI’s.

• Identify process improvement ideas derived from QA evaluations, onshore feedback and client complaints.

About the role

Job Summary

 About the role: 

As a Project Manager, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new solutions that meet their needs and help advance the way the world pays, banks and invests.    

What you will be doing: 

• Works individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements.

• Serves as liaison between end-users and consultants during consulting projects. Researching client needs, analyzing trends and best practices and creating detailed program specifications  

• Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems.  

• Assessing available technologies and recommending solutions. 

• Expertly researches and documents client needs, technology or regulations related to system design, enhancement and acquiring hardware or software that will impact multiple platforms and/or applications.

• Defines product scope, objectives and requirements. Defines specifications and data models for product development and testing.

• Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

• Analyzes marketplace, industry, company, technology trends and best practices, vendor products and services, etc. Also analyzes system impacts to other systems and procedures.

What you will need:   

• At least 10 years of experience with Project Management, P&L Analysis, Project Financials and Resource Management

• Must have worked in a capital markets environment (banks) or with financial services vendors handling banking clients

• Background in managing project implementations of Treasury Systems 

• Must have hands-on project management experience and must have been in the role of a dedicated project manager, responsible for delivering end-to-end Treasury projects for clients 

• Must be flexible with the working arrangement. Depending on the client, selected candidates should be open reporting onsite to a local client; work remotely or do business travel if assigned to clients overseas.

• In-depth knowledge of Financial Services products and services.

• Advanced knowledge of multiple end-to-end project implementation life cycles, i.e., waterfall, agile, hybrid, iterative and other modern approaches to project implementation  methodologies

• Advanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in application development in objective-oriented development or other relevant technology

•  Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies

Bonus if you have: 

• Background with Quantum, Integrity Treasury Systems

• Project Management Certification is a plus.

About the role:

In a Project Management – Professional Services role, you’ll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs.

• Overall 10 years of solid Project Management experience for Information Technology and/or Financial Services.

• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.

• Flexibility with the working arrangement. As this would be an end-to-end project manager role, we would require candidates to be open working across Asia Pacific with clients around this region.

• Advanced skills with project management software.

• A bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required.

Additional Bonus:

• Project Management experience for Reconciliation Systems Implementation projects is a big plus.

About the role

Work in Virtual environment (FIS Office and Home) as part of a team (offshore and onshore) reporting to the Client Relationship-Delivery Manager Senior to manage the service side of the client relationship including escalation, effective oversight of client project and implementations, execution of account plan activities, building of relationships with client contacts and management of the client loyalty process.

• Develops strong working relationships with assigned clients and FIS resources.

• Demonstrates financial management and revenue achievement of assigned territory through use of appropriate tools to track accounts receivable, calculate service level credits and billing.

• Educates clients on various FIS processes and procedures assisting with awareness, navigation and self-help tools (note: this role is not responsible for opening up requests or being the direct point of contact for support or project related items.

• Conducts regularly scheduled status calls with client to discuss important key service topics, to review projects in client’s queue and to discuss available service offerings.

• Acts as an escalation point between client and request desk.

• Reviews variance reports and invoices, conducts periodic billing reviews, ensures credits, write-offs and payments are properly applied, works with assigned clients, managing director/relationship manager or billing team to resolve billing issues and at times functions as a collection agent.

• Monitors monthly service level/availability management reports to identify possible trends in service level agreement (SLA) “misses” and contacts appropriate product area if “misses” fall within guidelines of a contractual penalty.

• In the event of a contractual penalty, calculates and processes service level credits, informs billing team and notifies client on timing of credit receipt.

• Provides oversight on commitment requests including setting up commitment in system, participating in project kickoffs to ensure understanding of project expectations and scope, ensures proper resources are assigned, monitors target dates and ensures billing is accurate and on time.

• Identifies additional opportunities to provide more products, services or other resources to customer and refers to managing director/relationship manager.

• May participate in business reviews to learn about clients’ strategic direction as well as gain a good understanding of the products and/or services FIS is offering.

• Participates in client loyalty process by informing assigned clients of process, encouraging clients to respond to survey information in a timely manner, participating in follow-up discussions and developing action plans to address any negative comments.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring

• Good background in Client and Production Support

• Good client management, relationship building and support experience

• Background in Asset/Liability Systems is preferrable

• Experience in providing client services face to face and work in client site

• Experience with global release management and managing technical defects

• Recent experience in a similar Service Delivery role, ideally within the Financial Technology environment.
