About the role:
As an Account Services Associate, you will work directly with customers and help advance the way they pay, bank and invest. This will involve processing support for back-office tasks that help FIS maintain an excellent working relationship with every client.


What you will be doing:

• Maintaining up-to-date procedures while assisting in tracking, compiling and completing reports.

• Establishing strong relationship with onshore counterparts.

• Working closely with the team to identify process needs, reviewing work and prepare process related documentations on timely basis.

• Cash management/ maintenance for ATM Operations of local bank in the Philippines.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you will need:

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, BS Accounting and Information Technology,

• Must have a very good communication skills and is confident to directly engage with clients.

• Must be open for flexible working arrangement and schedule: on site operations in BGC.

• A basic understanding of investment, trust and fund accounting as well as financial products like bonds, mutual funds and equities.

• Experience in investment accounting.

• You must be a self-starter who takes an organized approach.
