Shift pattern: Tues - Sat, 8.30pm to 5am PhST

You will play a critical role in the delivery of world-class client support and are responsible for responding to technical and non-technical customer queries. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a technical or customer support background to expand our Customer Support team. The successful candidate will possess very strong problem-solving and communication skills. They will thrive in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, and process the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role is best suited for a self-starter who is comfortable working with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Proactively support the Turnitin product line via primarily email, (sometimes phone & live chat), ensuring problem resolution, system access, and optimal system performance.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering and Product Management on all product issues & releases.
• Develop positive customer and cultural relations.
• Assist in the translation, maintenance, and updating of technical documentation associated with the product line.
• Support other strategic initiatives as needed.

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree or applicant with experience working in a customer support role.
• Fluent spoken/written English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, set priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure.

The Professional Services Associate will be proficient processing data entry tasks within ExamSoft tools, and assisting with customer onboarding data entry and organization. Turnitin is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be a partner with the larger commercial Revenue Operations team along with the GTM sales team to help enhance the efficiency and productivity of the sales team, to help facilitate our rapid team expansion and customer growth across the organization. 

As a Sales Operations Analyst you will support direct and indirect sales teams across the organization in analyzing system data to establish and implement process alignment and improvements to align sales strategy. The role will be critical in evaluating the general health of the sales process in order to help Turnitin run effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with the broader Commercial  Operations team, Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure the best experience and most efficient processes to drive the sales process.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Content Specialist to maintain content on our websites and support global stakeholders in the development of their sites. 

As part of a Digital Marketing team - acting as an internal agency - the web development team that supports Global Marketing and the organization (i.e. internal clients) serving the globe. Responsibilities: 

Web Content Support

• Utilize content management systems (CMS) to upload, format, organize and publish web content.
• Regularly update and maintain the content on the website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support content authors with content entry questions or issues.
• Implement on-page SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility.
• Stay informed about SEO trends and implement strategies to enhance website ranking and performance.

Analyze & Experiment

As a member of our global web strategy team, you will be primarily responsible for delivering a world-class web experience for our customers and content authors.  You will manage all aspects of developing, testing, maintaining, and optimizing brand aligned experiences across a portfolio of website properties.  In addition, you will execute website projects that involve a variety of cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities and Outputs:

Web Development

• Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create interactive and seamless modern user experiences on marketing websites.

• Translate UI/UX design wireframes to web code that will produce visual elements on the company website. Experience with Figma is a plus.

You will play a critical role in the delivery of world-class client support and are responsible for responding to technical and non-technical customer queries. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a technical or customer support background to expand our Customer Support team. As an SDR at Turnitin, you will drive sales by identifying, engaging and qualifying leads in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong region. You will carry out market research, find the relevant contacts and prospect to them through targeted campaigns. You will qualify all inbound leads from our website and events. You will also support the Sales Team with their outbound prospecting campaigns. Turnitin is seeking an LMS Administrator who will be responsible for administration of our Skilljar Customer Learning Platform, data, metrics, integrations, and optimization. This includes integrations, modifications, and testing of new and/or upgraded application package releases. In this role, the LMS Administrator is responsible for collaborating with various internal teams for continuous improvement of system functionality, troubleshooting solutions for end-users, and ensuring software standards and project deliverables are met. The LMS Administrator will support the vision, direction, and overall strategy for our Customer Onboarding Assessment team. This role is based in the Philippines and requires working North America hours.

Key Responsibilities and Outputs:

• Day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) including release management, feature evaluations, and end-user support
• Organize and maintain content, which includes uploading, publishing, versioning
• Manage roles, security, and permissions 
• Maintain data integrity such as course codes, descriptions, and other required information
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of customer learning through LMS and standardized content when applicable
• Collect, analyze and report LMS metrics to drive actionable insights for program usage,  completion, optimization and continuous improvement of learning solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to administer and manage LMS SSO configuration and integrations with systems such as; Salesforce, Tableau, Zendesk, and Zoom 
• Work with vendor as needed to resolve software/ technical issues as they arise 
• Develop and maintain LMS analytics to measure the effectiveness of Customer Onboarding content, tools, and services

Essential:

• Experience working with and managing a customer-facing LMS platform (Skilljar preferred) 
• Prior experience in a SaaS company 
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or related field or equivalent work experience
• Result Oriented, with demonstrated knowledge and strong track record of delivering results in a high performance, continuous improvement environment through process optimization and facilitation
• Analytical mindset, a strong affinity for process optimization and data-based performance improvement
• Proficient at data analysis
• Demonstrated experience with problem-solving and critical thinking

Desirable:

• Prior experience managing a Skilljar LMS
• Prior experience working with LMS integrations and APIs

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our organisation. You will be responsible for a portfolio of international customers, maintaining accurate  records of incoming payments, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring timely collections. The  ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. You will collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless financial transactions and contribute to the overall efficiency of our finance  team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage an international customer ledger, seeking to drive the collection of cash,
  whilst reducing overdue debt
• Work towards monthly and quarterly cash and debt objectives
• Contact debtors by letter, email, or telephone call to address new and/or overdue invoices
• Document customer interactions such as payment updates and billing queries
• Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Billing, Tax, etc.) to resolve issues which prevent payment
• Display full accountability for invoices once generated, and own the process through to collections/clearing
• Leverage a formal invoice reminder process, through to a potential warning of suspension of service
• Establish and maintain regular communications with key clients, seeking to provide a positive customer experience
• Perform account reconciliations where necessary and provide supporting evidence to recommend journals, adjustments and write-offs
• Support other relevant AR activities where needed, e.g. maintain customer vendor portals and obtain residency certificates
