The Team

Provide level 1 and level 2 support for client-facing systems and applications including ATM’s, servers, UNIX, and Linux based systems.

What you will be doing

• Drives issue resolution by making critical decisions that may impact multiple clients’ processing.
• Proactively investigates known and unknown error conditions and follows prescribed error correction procedures when they apply.
• Maintains peak performance at full capacity for all systems.
• Follows new/improved work procedures where appropriate, tests and implements program and/or systems changes, responds to processing problems and exercises sound judgment to make client impacting processing adjustments.
• Recognizes abnormal processing conditions and makes appropriate response decisions.
• Follows escalation procedures when appropriate to resolve errors in a timely manner.
• Makes use of available documentation to resolve errors and identifies/implements documentation gaps.
• Recognizes and implements/automates process enhancements.
• Monitors and responds accordingly to an array of system and application generated messages.
• Responds in a timely manner to questions and requests from incoming calls and incident tickets.
• Proactively maintains contact with clients and serves as client advocate to internal organizations.
• Analyzes problems/trends with client systems and applications and takes steps to avoid recurrence.
• Works on internal and external projects of various sizes, complexity.
• Contributes to existing and develops new solution approaches to the IT environment.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring
• Experience in batch operation and reporting, environment monitoring

• Production support experience

• Experience in Linux based Systems, Postgre SQL Server for database monitoring

• Highly trainable and has willingness to learn the processes and new skills

• Flexibility and adaptability in a working environment

• Good attention to details critical thinking skills

• Good communications skills
• Ability to effectively use production control tools and resources encompassing mainframe, open system processing, processor link/Connex software, POS, ATM and Kiosk environments

About the Role
This is a critical role within our global Talent Acquisition team with a primary focus on engaging passive leads to build our candidate pipelines and delivering hires to our global organization.

As a sourcer, you’ll work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition and Sourcing colleagues in identifying, approaching, and engaging the best and brightest talent in the market. You’ll seek out high performers who share our values and who, like you, want to do their best work here.

In this role, you’ll need to be detailed, organized, both reflective and forward thinking. Working with a range of stakeholders, you’ll deliver a strong slate of qualified candidates, recruitment market intelligence, manage talent pools and impact recruitment delivery.

What you will be doing:

• Working closely with our global recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements while guiding them through the sourcing process.
• Sourcing candidates using our internal ATS, external job boards, social media, user groups and niche sites to find active and passive talent.
• Utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent mining tools to build strong talent pipelines.
• Approaching candidates to discuss current opportunities and pre-screen their technical aptitude, and whether they align to our values, while delivering an incredible candidate experience
• Work diligently to maintain data integrity in our ATS and CRM systems.
• Provide metrics and analysis on sourcing campaigns and market trends.
• Proactively look for sourcing best practices and creatively think about new ways of sourcing.
• Other related duties and responsibilities

What you bring:

• Experience in either a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment
• Global sourcing background in IT Sales roles in Banking and Financial industry is ideal
• Global sourcing background in IT / Sales roles in other Industry is good as well
• Experience of data mining and building Boolean searches across different sites (e.g. Google Search, LinkedIn, Xing etc.)
• Track record of sourcing a range of skills (e.g. Software Development, Professional Services, Sales or Finance positions)
• Strong communication skills and English language fluency
• The ability to learn and embrace new technologies
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• A Team Player who likes to have a bit of fun along with way!
