Job Purpose
The Territory Officer manages assigned territories to execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets, ensure compliance with service standards, and build relationships with stakeholders. This role involves overseeing sell-in and sell-out targets, manpower deployment, training, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to meet sell-in targets

Territory Management
- Implement sales strategies and tactics to meet territory goals.
- Ensure proper merchandising and compliance with guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with store stakeholders.
- Manage inventory, stock transfers, and report competitor activities.
Territory Operations
- Monitor deliveries, conduct inventories, and reconcile variances.
- Ensure product availability and accuracy of POs and Item Request Forms (IRFs).
- Utilize POP materials effectively and cover all priority stores.
- Assist with tasks and events from Warehouse, Marketing, and Trade departments.
and Qualifications
- Senior High School graduate or college level with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales/marketing (preferably in appliances/electronics).
- Proven sales track record and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Willing to work in the field.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
- Can be assigned: Bicol, North Luzon, Cebu and Ilo-ilo
