Responsibilities

• Effectively manage day-to-day tasks to ensure opportunities progress to revenue as quickly as possible; including assisting with PO tracking and management, processing of orders, billing and coordinating with cross functional team members on product delivery as applicable to ensure a stellar customer experience (includes Pre-Sales, Product, Finance, Delivery and Customer Success).
• Help drive the development, automation, governance, measurement, and improvement of the order to invoice cycle; includes evaluating the integration of CRM and Finance platforms and assisting with training support
• Partner closely with major business functions across the quote to order life cycle including Product, Finance, Sales, and Legal to resolve order questions and process orders quickly without error

We are looking at the person to be the lead for a Tech/Telco + some FMCG clients in the Philippines. The person would be responsible for understanding the client business and translating the same into insights and new revenue for NielsenIQ. Also, integrating insights from across studies (qual and quant) to deliver value to the clients.

Business Development:

• Identify areas of opportunity for growth from existing clients managed
• Develop plans to cross-sell and introduce new services to current clients
  • Foster relationships at different levels and functions of the client organization (as applicable) to identify opportunities for incremental product/solution sales
• If possible, provide continuous feedback on competitive activities within assigned clients.

Client Servicing:

• Implement plans that will contribute to maximum client satisfaction and ensure continuous profitable and business growth.
• Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change
