This role is accountable for activities related to Quality checks (Acid tests, Primary testing of data, Retailer Accreditation) from receipt of the data to data loading into the system for  data sources that Nielseniq receives. Data Analysts will be responsible for onboarding \ setting up, upload and monitoring data (all Data types ) into the ingestion platform \ other input platforms. This role is also responsible for monitoring, cleansing, classification & verification of received data, managing metadata, Troubleshooting, and handling Client queries. 

Quality Testing: 

• Support all sourcing Teams, operations and Product Leadership with any requests around data quality testing for new / prospective Suppliers
• Run Quality checks and provide feedback (Such as Acid test, Retailer Accreditation / other defined quality protocols) on sample data as requested. 

Data Onboarding: 

• Understand the data format agreed with the Supplier as per the contract and complete set up on Ingestion/ any other Input platform
• Data cleaning, verification and classification as needed
• Upload of received files to platform as needed
• Troubleshooting with the Supplier in case data is not in agreed format or any other issues with data upload such as file issues ( type/ location/ special characters etc.) 

BAU Operations: 

• Create procedures to support ongoing BAU Ops
• Ensuring data receipt as per schedule, following escalation process if the data not received on the agreed date in the desired format
• Data cleaning, verification and classification as needed
• Responsible for sending and contacting retailers to verify data queries or store queries (e.g missing addresses etc)
• Load data/monitor auto upload into ingestion/ any other input platform
• Update retailer KPIs on timeliness and Quality such as Retailer Information Systems(RIS) update 

KPI Tracking & Reporting: 

• Regularly update Supplier KPIs on data timeliness and Quality (RIS)
• Work with Supplier Compliance & Management to improve Quality KPIs for the Supplier
• Work as a single source of truth for all data/logic related inquiries 

Trouble Shooting & Enquiries: 

• Engage with Supplier SPOC - in case data not received on time or issues with the data
• Raise ticket and ensure resolution if any issues with NielsenIQ systems to upload data for downstream processes
• Resolve/escalate issues flagged by inputs systems and follow through the closure
• Provide analysis and handle communication-related to Client inquiries. 

In this role, you will be the single point of contact for the Commercial and Finance teams, to liaise on Finance/Revenue related requests. You will be the go-to person from the Commercial side on all Finance related processes, platforms and documents who can advise on actions accordingly. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all key cut-off dates based on the Monthly Closing Calendar are strictly adhered to

This position will be, within the Analytics & Insights team, responsible for delighting clients around Asia through delivering retail measurement insights and analysis.  
 

Responsibilities

• Providing performance overview analysis and business issue analysis to Consumer Packaged Goods clients around Asia 
• Providing in-depth consulting services and delivering insights and analytics as well as thought leadership 
• Developing deep knowledge of Nielsen IQ RMS and Panel solutions and delivering value for clients

ABOUT THIS JOB  

The Receptionist position is the first point of contact for all that enter the facilities.  This position is responsible to provide top notch customer service, engaging positively with everyone that enters and provides responses, escalating as needed.  This position will coordinate as needed with the on site Facilities team, janitorial, security, etc.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Create pleasant entry experience for employees, customers and visitors  
• Receive requests and triage with the appropriate teams (IT, Real estate, etc) 
• Support onsite meeting requests, providing support for room reservations and engaging AV team as needed for equipment support 
• Manage catering requests  
• Coordinate security badges for associates & guests 
• Monitor coffee room & office supplies, coordinating orders as needed  
• Perform other administrative support duties as required by the department, office and all visitors  
• Manage and coordinate postal services   
• Handle all incoming phone calls in a polite manner with standard greetings and transfer to the concerned parties, and take messages if the receiver is not available to take the calls

ABOUT THIS JOB  

This position ensures that all physical aspects of the facility function properly to support the Business. This position will manage day-to-day activities reporting to the Cluster Manager. This includes ensuring continuous operations for reception, security, maintenance, mail room, and janitorial services, to meet the needs of their customers.   

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Engage local business stakeholders to understand business requirements  
• Engage and manage local brokers to negotiate real estate transactions  
• Manage financials: understand variances, coordinate with controllers to improve accuracy and identify opportunities for cost reductions

The core of this role is to be the strong CPS expert for the Philippines market. Partnering with clients to deliver consumer panel analytics and service that will add value not only to the client business, but the NIQ organization.

Responsibilities

New client service leader: 

• Will be the main service person for newly won strategic client. Manage the day-to-day relationship with a specific portfolio of CPS clients and/or categories, in an analytics and insights capacity, ensuring client needs are met in a timely fashion and beyond expectation 
• To act as a CPS SME within the local market and join Sales to pitch new clients. You will be mostly responsible for showcasing the NIQ CPS capability in real business situations. 

CPS Thought leadership and analysis consultant: 

• Will be the key person to provide the thought leadership of PH part for those cross category and general understanding.  
• Will play the consultant/coach role for local CS team to turn to for doing CPS analysis.  
• Will work with local CS team to work out the “Best Practice “of analysis flow and become an active contributor in a regional community of CPS experts by sharing best practice 

Leader and escalation point for CPS product related questions: 

• Panel Enhancement: Lead the process of CPS panel enhancement as the central communication point between CS team and PL/Operation team. 
• Data challenge: Internally, lead communication with different functions to solve escalated CPS data challenges in reasonable cycle time. Externally, together with account AD/Consultant to explain the data challenge to clients. 

We are looking at the person to be the lead for a Tech/Telco + some FMCG clients in the Philippines. The person would be responsible for understanding the client business and translating the same into insights and new revenue for NielsenIQ. Also, integrating insights from across studies (qual and quant) to deliver value to the clients.

Business Development:

• Identify areas of opportunity for growth from existing clients managed
• Develop plans to cross-sell and introduce new services to current clients
  • Foster relationships at different levels and functions of the client organization (as applicable) to identify opportunities for incremental product/solution sales
• If possible, provide continuous feedback on competitive activities within assigned clients.

Client Servicing:

• Implement plans that will contribute to maximum client satisfaction and ensure continuous profitable and business growth.
• Ensure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change
• Lead the client servicing team and work closely with operations to ensure our commitments are met.
• Liaise with teams outside Philippines (e.g. analytics, subject-matter experts, etc. to ensure the solutions are best adapted to meet client’s needs)
