Reporting to the Manager- Financial Services, the role requires a strong and proven experience in delivering and coordinating financial accounting and reporting activities, including statutory financial reporting to meet Philippines Stock Exchange (PSE) and Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) reports, and reviewing and overseeing activities to support the accurate delivery of financial reports including system positing, process adherence and timetable management. Passionate about managing a team who will require, to a varying degree, coaching and supervision, to prepare financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders and cash flow and treasury forecasting.

Financial Accounting

• Preparation of the Company’s and related parent entity financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• SME for external and (relevant) internal financial audit engagements.
• Actively contribute to and advise on accounting positions where new and/or revised process changes require.

Coach and Mentor Financial Accountants

• Demonstrated experience in coaching financial professionals in both operational and statutory areas, including providing support remotely.
• Cultivate team collaboration on key deliverables, with a focus on identifying and implementing continuous improvement and automation to current processes.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership, management, and development, particularly within a diverse cultural and educational context.

Treasury and Cash Flow Management

About the role

Seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Maintenance Planner to have a productive maintenance workforce by an efficient work scheduling and planning and anticipate and eliminate job delays by systematic approach on planning and scheduling. The role will report to the Superintendent – Maintenance (Reliability & Planning).

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop plan schedule according to manpower and crafts availability to perform all planned preventive, predictive, corrective and shutdown maintenance task
• Ensure materials and resources availability by directly coordinating with Supply Team for parts requirement and inventory stock level needed prior to scheduling maintenance work orders
• Plan and prepare all activities associated with scheduled Plant Shutdown using project management software and provide the necessary such as resources and manpower
• Arrange outside resources or contractors required for planned, project and shutdown maintenance task if necessary
• Maintain and safekeeping of equipment’s records and history using PRONTO Computerized Management System
• Provide maintenance statistics and efficiency report on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Recommend continuous system improvement through work order and data analysis
• Regular coordination with Operation and Other Departments to all planned maintenance task and possible changes
• Provide regular feedback for any maintenance plan issues such as problem on the inventory, manpower, equipment, and others
• Assist in investigating and analyzing plant or equipment failures by collecting relevant data on the maintenance system
