The role will be based in Didipio and reporting to the External Affairs and Communications Superintendent. 

• Share responsibility in providing direction and direct supervision to the Community Relations Exploration Team to ensure efficient planning, implementation and monitoring of plans and programs including the Community Development Program (CDP);

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure that operators are all aware of all site safety requirements, company policies and follow all approved procedures in undertaking their task
• Conduct regular inspections of the work area to maintain the plant in a condition, and complete at least one task observation every shift
• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met
