In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all payroll-related activities.

• Reviews correct cost code alignment and ensures complete posting of journals at month end.
• Identifies the lacking documents and communicates them promptly with the concerned office.
• Reviews payroll and final pay calculations and provides corrections as needed.
• Monitors the payment processing of payroll and mandatory government contributions and efficiently addresses any potential issues that may affect its timely release.
• Prepare reconciled remittance schedules for SSS/PHIC/Pag-ibig on a monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly tax schedule for settlement of employee tax dues.
• Prepare annual  Alphalist of Creditable withholding tax for submission to the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
