• Analyze business requirements document, and seek-approval from end user
• Collaborate on project team on completion of deliverables. Facilitates meeting of EMR vendor and company's end-user
• Conduct testing prior to endorsement to end-users. Conducts initial investigation prior to endorsements to EMR vendor
• Document design and resolution to test findings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Organize and lead in determining the IT business needs of the organization; create business scenarios, system flowchart, & acceptance criteria
• Map business processes and formulate a systems process flow based on the former.
• Recommend and formulate changes to processes or systems that align with business objectives and improve performance & efficiency.
• Lead & facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals.
• Able to translate business needs into technical requirements for IT systems or software.
• collaborate with developers and engineers to design or configure systems that meet the identified requirements.
• Develop test plans and perform testing to ensure that the implemented solutions work as intended.

• 1.           Bachelor’s degree in any course related to Information Technology

As an Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and recommending software solutions to drive process improvements. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observation sessions
• Document and maintain detailed business process flow diagrams, system requirements, and user stories
• Evaluate and recommend software solutions or system modifications to meet business needs and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct testing prior to endorsement to Team Lead. Resolves testing findings.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis for proposed solutions
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance activities
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings, project updates, and recommendations
• Provide guidance and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• With at least 3 years' work experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
• Must have accounting background
