Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an IT Project Management Associate. As an IT Project Management Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project management skills and a passion for driving successful IT initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate project resources and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve issues or risks
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders and leadership
- Conduct project meetings and facilitate communication among project team members
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Support the implementation and post-implementation phases of projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or related roles
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Good written and oral communication and listening skills, detail oriented, At least 3 years project management experience meticulous, team player, dependable
- Knowledge in clinical applications or medical information systems is an advantage
- PMP certification is a plus
