As an IT Project Management Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects. Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate project resources and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve issues or risks
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders and leadership
• Conduct project meetings and facilitate communication among project team members
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Support the implementation and post-implementation phases of projects

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or related roles
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Good written and oral communication and listening skills, detail oriented, At least 3 years project management experience meticulous, team player, dependable
• Knowledge in clinical applications or medical information systems is an advantage
• PMP certification is a plus
