• 3.           Knowledge about any programming language, database, & server application solutions is a huge plus.
• 4.           Working knowledge of basic IT support services such as: Software and Applications trouble shooting and use of commonly used software products (e.g., MS Office, MS Windows and Internet tools).
• 5.           Basic Networking Skills.
