As an Active Directory Administrator at Octal Philippines Inc., you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Your primary focus will be the management and administration of Active Directory services, ensuring seamless operation, and supporting various IT initiatives. You will be responsible for implementing best practices related to Active Directory management, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing the overall performance of the system.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 4 years’ experience in an organization with a large level, 24x7, mission critical operations environment supporting enterprise systems.
- Able to troubleshoot complex Active Directory problems, develop effective solutions, and work with teams to implement remedies.
- Good verbal and written communication and listening skills; computer literate, detailoriented and meticulous, accounting-related technical skills and knowledge; basic program facilitation, presentation skills, knowledgeable in software development life cycle, knowledgeable in training needs analysis, conceptualizing training plan and assessment of training programs. Ensuring maximum efficiency, effectiveness, flexibility and responsiveness to the assessment, design and implementation.
