Role Overview:

This role involves being the main point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and gathering essential information. Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the onboarding process.

2. Data Collection & CRM Management

• Input and maintain accurate client data in the CRM, ensuring records are always up to date.

3. Client Support & Follow-Up

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide solutions during the onboarding phase.

• Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team to ensure client satisfaction.

Must-Have:

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Background in speech pathology or experience with intake assessments for mental health or ABA therapy.

• Sales (90%):
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, cold calling, cold emailing, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

Help Out Our Customers:

• Start at the role by answer support tickets, phone calls, and text messages from customers, existing and prospective, to understand their needs. You'll need to genuinely enjoy helping out and even socializing with customers or this role is not for you and you will burn out/fail to succeed.

Report Back:
