Job Summary:

The Credit Analyst plays a pivotal role in the assessment and evaluation of financial information provided by applicants, utilizing a comprehensive set of criteria to make recommendations to Management regarding the credit viability and creditworthiness of customers. This position also assists the Credit Manager in enforcing credit policies and internal control measures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Credit Evaluation and Customer Master File Maintenance:

1. Ensure the submission of complete documentary requirements by the Customer before commencing credit evaluation, as specified in the Customer Application Form (CAF).
2. Conduct timely and thorough credit investigations by verifying information provided in the CAF through communication with the customer's top Suppliers and Banking Institutions. Whenever possible, perform on-site inspections of the applicant's site, farm, store, office, and residence to assess their financial capabilities, in addition to financial statement analysis.
3. Verify the signing, notarization, and provision of Credit Line Agreements (CLA) to new customers. 4. Ensure the prompt setup and creation of accounts in the CRM Salesforce and SAP (Systems Application and Products) to be used by various departments for order processing.

An Order Management Analyst is a critical role in the logistics and supply chain process of a company. Their primary responsibility is to ensure accurate and efficient booking of finished goods sales orders for customers.

He/She is also responsible for the timely confirmation and allocation of customers’ orders.

1. Receive Order from Sales / Customer
2. Create/Update/Cancel sales order in SAP
3. Create Outbound Delivery
4. Ensures complete data in Sales Order
5. Allocation of Stocks including reallocations if necessary
6. Submits list of orders with revision or changes including stock out items to OM Supervisor
7. If customer will not replace the item, OM checks availability schedule and send email to  customer on the delivery proposal
8. Check if the data in the Sales Order is complete and correct in the SAP system.
9. Send order confirmation via email to Sales / Customer
10. Monitor open and aging SOs and send email to  customer/TBM if still valid for serving or endorse for cancellation
11. Follow up release of Hold Order
12. Review and Clean up of Open OBDs
