Job Objective

The Territory Business Manager is responsible for generating and cultivating an increasing loyal customer base for PFC products through active selling with the dealers and distributors that will translate to continuous growth in the market share within a territory. The position is also responsible for the collection of payments from customers ensuring that accounts do not go beyond the credit terms.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development in the Territory

1. Develops Territory Sales and Marketing plan that includes market analysis, projected sales growth and competitor information. 

2. Assists the National Sales Manager in business planning and recommends potential market areas in the designated territory.

3. Undertakes monthly market study on product price, price trend, competitor’s promotional activities, product placement, price positioning, distribution network and logistical support.

Credit & Collection Management

1. Ensures efficient collection from dealers/distributors accounts to ensure that they do not go beyond the agreed credit terms by regularly doing collection visits.

Distributor Management (Customer Relationship Management)

1. Provides assistance to the distributors in building his/her business through helping him/her in developing his/her sales strategies and in linking with sub-dealers and end-users (bakeries)

2. Assists dealers/distributors in the recruitment of sales personnel.

3. Trains the sales personnel of the distributor in the effective transfer of selling principles and techniques, product knowledge, market research, and information.

4. Provides technical assistance, e.g. baking demonstration to end users (bakeries)

5. Handles customer complaints. Assists in the warehousing concerns of dealers/distributors when needed. Coordinates with the Technical Service Analysts regarding quality issues of products.

6. Supervises the achievement of sales personnel under the distributor in the achievement of sales targets.

7. Monitors, analyzes and evaluates dealer/distributors’ sales achievement. Provides recommendations and solutions to findings.

8. Operates within the approved territory sales budget.

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT and MARKET INTELLIGENCE

1. Promotes and demonstrates, in good conduct, Pilmico farm segment feed lines and animal health care products to the company’s existing and potential customers.
2. Understands and reports farm segment market trends and situations to widen company perspective in order for the business to adapt properly to these trends and situations. 
3. Monitors competitor strategies, activities and other data gathering for timely recommendations of tactical programs to protect and or grow Pilmico market share and penetration.
4. Develops, recommends and presents sustainable sales plans and programs based on his/her growing knowledge of the farms industry to achieve Pilmico growth objectives and personal sales targets.
5. Implements, monitors and evaluates to provide feedback on Marketing initiated programs and activities that supports Pilmico growth objectives in her/his assigned area.
6. Identifies and reports/proposes to Team Leader any Pilmico business opportunities, innovation on systems or developing technology.
7. Maintains Pilmico’s company values and profitability at all times. 
8. SALES and CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

10. Immediately attends to leads given to her/him and provides timely feedback to Team Leader on information gathered.
11. Conducts regular farm visits of assigned accounts to provide technical assistance and gather data or feedback for our own improvements on products or services.
12. Conceptualizes sustainable sales program to develop, grow and retain Pilmico feed customers in the assigned region or area for large farm accounts. 
13. Accommodates, assists and coordinates queries on the sales requirements of Pilmico feed customers in terms of ordering, distributorship/dealership, logistics arrangements and product specifications. 
14. Visits and assists the customers on how to maximize the use of the product; maximizing product knowledge and providing extra technical services related to hog and poultry technical management.

18. Gathers, records and presents relevant technical information such as data, figures and industry updates/developments not limited to technical management.

The Customer Account Analyst is responsible in ensuring accurate recording, analyzing, reporting and reconciliation of all trade accounts receivables of PILMICO Foods Corporation/PILMICO Animal Nutrition. The Customer Account Analyst is responsible in managing the customers account from day one (1) account set-up to ordering payment cycle.

1. Ensures timely collection of accounts receivables.
2. Coordinates with customer and Territory Business Managers (TBM) and/or Regional Sales Managers (RSM) on the collection of maturing and/or overdue accounts.
3. Evaluates customer requirements to minimize hold orders and recommends necessary moves.
4. Reviews and reconciles customers' account ledgers.
5. Prepares and records through Debit Note (DN) and Credit Note (CN) all adjustments pertaining to accounts receivables including its proper and necessary supporting documents.
6. Prepares and maintains Accounts Receivable Aging Schedule per TBM to be submitted on a weekly basis.
7. Prepares collection letters for delinquent accounts.
8. Generates and mails monthly Statement of Account to customers.
9. Attends to AR related queries and complaints from customers, TBMs and RSMs.
10. Prepares and submits the Monthly Report.
11. Monitors inventory and usage of accountable forms.
12. Monitors collection of withholding tax certificates.
13. Issues and records in the system Collection Receipts for all collections for the day. Sending of Collection Receipt to the customer.
14. Ensure Cash and Check are deposited timely to the bank for posting.
15. Ensure timely charging of bank facilities.
16. Ensure proper handling of returned checks.
17. Updating the Bank Statement File monitoring, ensure all payment are map accordingly
18. Performs other task as maybe assigned by the immediate superior.

• The Tax Manager is responsible for the management and compliance of tax regulations of Food Group Ph and any future subsidiaries.The area of coverage includes all areas in the Philippines where the Food Group Ph operates and intends to operate.
• The incumbent shall introduce a comprehensive tax guideline, best tax practices and planning techniques, ensures that the Group is kept fully abreast of the changes and impact of relevant tax knowledge, developments and requirements, providing appropriate oral and written interpretations to avoid any exposure to tax risks and optimization of tax savings. 
• The incumbent assists and advises the Group’s Controller in the optimization of the Group’s tax position by building knowledge of tax laws, relevant tax rulings and regulations and tax law developments and by promoting understanding of, compliance with tax laws through correct interpretation of these laws.
• The incumbent advises the Food Group Ph Controller and the Chief Finance Officer in leading a rapid and effective response to unanticipated situations with potential significant legal implications for the Food Group Ph.
• In addition, the incumbent is also responsible for ensuring compliance to new and existing regulatory requirements affecting the organization, including but not limited to:
