The Procurement Associate is responsible for the timely and cost-effective procurement of local materials, supplies, or services for the plant operations. He/she is also responsible for looking for reliable vendors with good after-sales service to assure economical costs to the company.

Master Data Administration
The responsibilities and accountabilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
● Execute, control and monitor the master data processes (for example: the creation, change, consolidation, and distribution of master data)
● Determines whether or not a newly requested master data object already exists in the central system
● Assemble master data input information from key stakeholders (Operations, Sales & Finance) and other master data admin to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and alignment of the data to be created or changed
● Follow and maintain naming convention guidelines where applicable
● Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across business systems
● Perform regular master data health checks to ensure that required master data across systems are accurate, complete, up-to-date, and available
● Own the resolution of all master data related issues, these include data gathering &
understanding the issues through master data gap analysis, root cause analysis & correction, and coordination with various internal support team and end-user
● Provide support related to master data requirements for change requests and new system implementations
● Assist business process experts in defining standard operating procedures, process flows and related documentation.
● Assist with the maintenance and review of system user guides particularly in the master data setup to ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times

Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order Processing
1. Determines the materials, supplies, or services needed for operation through daily review of approved Purchase Requisitions.
2. Coordinates with the internal customers for the specifications of the materials, supplies, or services particularly those that are highly technical and complex.
3. Prepares and processes all approved purchase requisitions of materials, supplies, or
services by conducting bidding procedures or canvassing with different vendors.
4. Negotiates for the best possible price on all purchases.
5. Prepares purchase orders based on approved purchase recommendation summary and ensures the accuracy of all entries in a timely manner.
6. Reviews and provides guidance in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and
amendments.
7. Keeps internal customers informed on updates of schedule changes and/or status of their purchase requisitions.

Purchase Order Delivery
8. Coordinates the processing of purchased materials, supplies, or services (e.g. ordering,
delivery, checking, receiving, and conducting follow-up), ensuring that materials and supplies received or and services rendered are as ordered - right price with right quality and quantity delivered at the right place within the time specified by the requisitioner.
9. Identifies corrective action remedies for defective or unacceptable materials, supplies, or services and coordinates with the vendor regarding rejects, returns, or repairs.

Payment Facilitation
10. Ensures timely payment to suppliers by mediating in billing reconciliations between
vendors and Accounting for settlement of invoice discrepancies for actual materials, supplies, or services ordered and delivered.

Supplier Management
11. Secures renewal and completion of supplier Accreditation requirements on a yearly basis for items being handled.
12. Assess the accredited vendor competence under the annual Vendor Performance

Evaluation Rating wherein compliance with purchase order agreements is being monitored
and reviewed.
13. Updates filing database for Accreditation and Vendor Performance Evaluation Rating and provide feedback to suppliers.

14. Manages existing supplier relationships to ensure continuity of delivery of materials,
supplies, or services that meets performance standards of the company while seeking new ones.

The AQUA SOLUTIONS MANAGER (ASM) is responsible for generating volume and sustainable growth of Pilmico’s aqua feed, both in the Finfish and Shrimp segment. He/She should be on top in the management, execution and monitoring of all sales, technical and business aspect of Aqua Feeds ensuring sales leadership in the market. He/She is responsible for enrollment of new accounts and managing a healthy, profitable and sustainable business for each account.

ASM is also responsible in giving technical assistance to the customers to ensure business growth, sustainability and profitability that will redound to Pilmico’s brand value.

The Roles
The Corporate  Environmental Manager is responsible for ensuring that Environment & Sustainability (ESG Environmental, Social, Governance) management systems and processes needed for the Company’s efficient and effective operations are established, implemented, maintained and continually improved.

The role of the Corporate Environmental Manager is responsible to drives a zero-incident environment, 100% environmental compliance, setup ESG Sustainability strategy, program, initiative and actively leads the improvement of environmental results to deliver manufacturing excellence.

As a Corporate  Environmental Manager, he/she will overseeing the performance for all the facilities located in Food Group , the Philippines and International Countries.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1.  Ensures that the systems and processes for Environment and Sustainability comply with the requirements of Food Group Guidelines and Policies as well as External Interested Parties (e.g. customers and legal requirements). 

2.  Ensures all sites are compliant to Environmental Regulations and achieve 100% Environmental Regulatory Compliance annually.

3.  Leads in the management of External Stakeholders involving government entities for Environmental and other related government bodies.

4.  Collaborates with the departments to ensure that the overall performance of the established systems and processes for Environment and Sustainability are verified and reviewed at planned intervals and communicated to Top Management. 

5. Sets and aligns the established systems and processes objectives for Environment and Sustainability with the Context and Strategic direction of the Organization.

6. Leads in the development and implementation of Environmental preservation and protection initiatives and Sustainability related programs.

7. Manages the established Integrated Management Systems for Safety, Health and Environment, as applicable, to ensure certifications to international & national standards are achieved and sustained.

8. Plans and allocates strategically the resources needed for the sustained & effective operation of the established Environment and Sustainability management systems & processes. 

9. Plans actions to engage, direct and support stakeholders to contribute to the effectiveness of the established Environment and Sustainability management systems & processes. 

10. Works in collaboration with relevant teams to promote improvements of the established Environmental and Sustainability management systems & processes.

11. Plans and evaluates process conformance and performs Environment and Sustainability audits for various business processes.

12. Collaborates with other departments to ensure resolution of the Environment and Sustainability Issues. 

13. Determines the training and developmental needs related to Environment and Sustainability management systems & processes and initiates the trainings to be conducted to all relevant stakeholders.

14. Lead and drives Environment and Sustainability Innovation together with the Site Task Force Lead.

15. Plans and establishes an annual budget for the Environment and Sustainability. Ensures that budget performance is efficient.

16. Develop and contribute to annual Environment and Sustainability strategic planning. 

17. Implement and manage Sustainability policies and procedures in accordance with the company’s ESG Strategies, including in relation to environmental footprint, carbon neutralization, responsible workplace, and community engagement.

18. Collaborate closely with Aboitiz Group Company Sustainability Reporting program.

1. Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, ESG, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.

The Key Accounts Manager for Large Farm is responsible for generating and cultivating an increasingly loyal customer base of farm feed and animal health products for Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation through active selling, technical training activities and establishing relationships with industry stakeholders, farm owners, and potential customers.

This role will also be the technical and sales resource person in subjects pertaining to the segment; is involved in gaining and sharing knowledge to the sales team, distributors and other entities. He/she will be in charge of the growing market share for all large farms within his/her specified scope of coverage.
