Reporting to the Group Brand Manager for Farms/Meats, the Brand Portfolio Manager for VAM is responsible for the holistic category and brand marketing management of the Food Group’s Prepared Meats, also known as Value-Added Meats (VAM) products. • Monitor and manage the Company’s foreign currency exposure and execute hedging strategies according to the Company’s policy.

• Support the negotiation and structuring of debt facilities to ensure they align with the company’s overall financial strategy.
• Evaluate the company’s debt portfolio, optimize debt levels, and propose strategies to reduce financing costs.

Bank Relationship Management:

• Build and strengthen relationships with banking partners for FX and cash management services:

Risk Management:

The QA Technician is responsible for assuring that the feeds produced conform to specifications. The position is also responsible for the proper sampling and analysis of incoming raw materials and finished feeds. Ensures that all ingredients received are according to specifications and are still in good condition before use by production. The position will also assist in the implementation and documentation involving ISO, HACCP, and Good Manufacturing Practices..

Quality Standards Management

1. Conducts inspection, analysis, and disposition of raw materials in storage bins and prepares reports.

2. Conducts inspection, analysis, and disposition of finished feeds to determine conformance to specifications and records inspection details.

3. Informs concerned department/s on deviation/non-conformity found to ensure that corrective actions will be implemented.

4. Conducts Mycotoxin analysis of selected raw materials and finished feeds and provides feedback to the immediate team leader for disposition.

5. Files and maintains feed sample analysis records.

6. Implements standard operating procedure on retained sample management.

5. Implements the document management system in collecting, maintaining and updating of  SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), policies and templates for all Food Safety related records.
6. Responsible for investigating customer complaints related to quality, monitoring of complaint resolution per process owner and instigates the RQI process.
7. Conducts traceability for product complaints and/or recall process to ensure timely communication, execution and completion of related documentation within the set standards for Customer Complaints and Product Recall.
8. Performs microbiological and physical-chemical tests of raw materials, finished products and environmental tests of all food safety related equipment and facilities through rapid tests and conventional methods to determine product quality and perform the necessary controls when there is non-conformance/s.

10. Ensures that Good Laboratory Practices and the Quality Assurance Systems in the Meat Laboratory are strictly implemented and are in place at all times.

• On-Hold Monitoring: Monitors on-hold finished goods and raw materials, ensuring necessary chemical and wet analysis is conducted by a third-party laboratory if needed.
• Quality Control Support: Assists in the design, development, and implementation of quality control standards and programs.
• Raw Material Inspection: Conducts inspection, analysis, and disposition of raw materials received, and prepares inspection reports.

Record Management:

• Analysis Results: Manages and maintains a recording system for all analysis results of finished goods for easy retrieval and reference.
• Shift Reports: Completes shift reports (QC Shift Report, FSAR, bin bottom) at the end of each shift.
• SAP Transactions: Ensures timely transactions in SAP.

The Key Account Manager for Large Farms is in-charge of growing market share for all large farms within a specified region.

Meats QA Regulatory Coordinator

The QA Regulatory Coordinator is responsible for the management and implementation of Environmental initiatives and programs of the company. He/She shall ensure compliance to all applicable environmental laws and regulations that covers the operations of the company including timely application of permits and submission of reportorial requirements to implementing government agency. He/ She shall initiate and intensify environmental management activities including awareness campaigns within the organization.
