The Company Nurse renders basic nursing intervention and assists the Health Specialist in initiating and implementing health programs and learning sessions.  He/She serves as the primary first aider to all employees during emergency related cases and to ensure immediate relief of pain and anguish to employees who encounter accidents within Pilmico Foods Corporation compound.

Employees Health

1. Provides assistance on emergency care of first aid to employees of the plant when necessary during his/her shift.
2. Provides basic treatment and procedures like wound dressing, vital signs, medicine administration,  etc.during his/her shift.
3. Assists the Health Specialist in maintaining and updating employees' health records.
4. Assists the Health Specialist in conducting lectures and programs on health and family planning, responsible parenthood and family welfare.
5. Assists the Health Specialist in coordination with Team Leaders, schedules annual physical and dental examination of employees and monitors progress of employees in relation to the APE result.
6. Facilitates pre-employment medical examination. Endorses PEME results to Company Physician for final evaluation.
7. Verifies Philhealth documents (CSF and Certification of Remittances) for employees who are admitted in the hospital. 
8. Assists Health Specialist on evaluating and filing the medical certificates and accident reports of employees. 
9. Assists in Reviewing all medicine and hospitalization payments and reimbursement of employees and forwards to HR for processing of payments.
10. Conducts visitation of partners who are hospitalized.
11. Assists Company Doctor in the performance of his/her duty. Assists in the fitness and health evaluation of personnel.
12. Assists the Health Specialist in the implementation of the vaccination program of the Company which includes dependents of personnel.
13. Monitors and maintains company medicines and clinic supplies.
14. Assists the Health Specialist in proposing and implementing activities/programs related to occupational health and wellness of the company.
15. Assists the Health Specialist in monitoring health conditions of employees performing critical work assignments and in conducting work related risk assessments with health and safety personnel.
16. Assists the Health Specialist in conducting Random Drug tests on identified regular employees and contractor employees as well.
17. Sits as a member of the Safety and Health Committee of the company.
18. Conducts daily roving during his/her shift and submits weekly reports to Health Specialist.

Others

1. Assists the Health Specialist in preparing for health and safety reports as per required by Department of Labor and Employment and other related government agencies.

2. Assists the Health Specialist in the documentation and effective implementation  of ISO/HACCP/5S/GMP procedures and guidelines concerning health.

3. Participates in programs involving improvements and innovations in areas of quality, efficiency, proficiency, sanitation, food safety, environment, waste reduction, sustainability, social responsibility and all other activities of the Company.

4. Assists the Health Specialist in checking compliance of contractor employees on their annual physical examination.

5. Performs other tasks as may be directed by immediate superior.

The Accounting Staff (General Ledger) is responsible in analyzing detailed summary of accounts, ensuring completeness, accuracy and integrity of accounting books on a MTD & YTD basis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Update and reconcile subsidiary ledger of BS, Income and Expense accounts. 
2. Prepares monthly and yearly analysis on the movement of various Income and Expense accounts. 
3. Ensures proper charging, accuracy and completeness of financial transactions on MTD and YTD closing of books. 
4. Prepares adjusting entries pertaining to reclassification of accounts. 
5. Prepares MTD and YTD notes to financial statements. 
6. Prepares MTD and YTD financial report/ schedules requested by Internal and external Customers. 
7. Assists GL Supervisor on the preparation of schedules for interim and year- end financial audit.  
8. Other duties that may be assigned by GL Supervisor from time to time.
