Key Accountabilities:

• To process monthly payroll operations by preparing the recon, journal and headcount reports.

• To provide payroll information by answering questions and requests to agencies.

• To liaise with payroll vendor and auditor for any queries and issues

• To liaise with government bodies requirement such as EPF, SOCSO, IRB, HRDF, CPF, IRAS Singapore and ensuring compliance to statutory rules and regulation and its contribution timely remitted.

• To maintain employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

• To assist in preparing master file for HFM reporting, utilisation report, leave provision report and report to GL team

• To assist in travelling arrangements - AMEX

• To assist in submitting claims i.e. SOCSO etc.

• To assist in maintaining and updating Re:Sources MY and SG and agenciesweb-leave system

• To compile ERP User Group Access report for all country in quarterly basis

• To perform task as assigned

The key accountabilities are, but not limited to:

• Drafting and negotiating client / agency agreements, letter of intent, memorandum of understanding, NDAs etc.
• Dispute management and resolution
• Supervising external lawyers on litigation and company secretarial functions
• Corporate secretarial services
• Advising on compliance with advertising standards and regulations
• Advising on copy clearance and general clearance of advertising and promotion materials, social media campaigns and developing guidelines
• Advising on intellectual property rights (IPR), and protection of IPR
• Advising on agreements with artists, freelancers, photographers, animators and other third parties and carrying out negotiations with such third parties
• Reviewing and negotiating media buying agreements and other standard terms and conditions of business
• Advice in relation to licensing of third party information and data systems
• Reviewing and negotiating technology development and digital marketing agreements
• Advising on data protection compliance, data security and standard terms and conditions of website use
• Advising on third party license agreements and content contribution
• Updating all business departments on changes in the law which might impact business

Key Accountabilities:

1. Manage the Headcount monthly reports for accurate inventory forecasting.
2. Perform yearly and quarterly projections to ensure inventory levels meet business demands.
3. Plan capacity for new hires (NH) and terminations to optimize asset utilization.
4. Supervise the entire order lifecycle from quotation to delivery, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and customer satisfaction.
5. Design and implement robust data management and reporting strategies to enhance decision-making and performance tracking.
6. Develop and refine DaaS-related processes and policies, driving continuous improvement and adherence to best practices and compliance standards.

Key duties:

1. Handle quotation requests, AR submissions, PR creation, and the subsequent follow-up on these items.
2. Coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring timely receipt and distribution of IT assets.
3. Regularly update and maintain a comprehensive database of all IT assets, conducting data verification and correction as needed.
4. Generate regular reports on DaaS operations, maintaining high standards of data quality and sanity.
5. Analyse reports to identify trends and actionable insights for inventory and order management.
6. Execute the disposal of IT assets, coordinate insurance claims, and manage the logistics of asset returns and replacements.
7. Facilitate remote asset repairs, coordinating with technical teams and service providers.
8. Assist operational leads in ensuring SLA compliance and effective resource allocation.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Conduct regular analysis of key ITSM performance metrics to track and report on team and service performance.
2. Identify trends and anomalies in ticket data to inform improvements in service delivery.
3. Analyse patterns in incidents and service requests to identify common challenges.
4. Recommend automation or process enhancements to streamline operations and improve response times.
5. Monitor ticket volumes and resolution times to identify areas requiring attention or improvement.
6. Produce regular reports on SLA performance and service availability to inform management and stakeholders.
7. Collaborate with operational leads to ensure that the team adheres to SLA compliance metrics.
8. Develop strategies to maintain or exceed SLA standards across all service areas.
9. Create and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of IT services, providing actionable insights to IT management and operational leads.

Key duties:

1. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for IT leadership, highlighting performance metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
2. Continuously seek opportunities to improve ITSM processes and practices
3. Work closely with the IT support teams, operational leads, and other departments to facilitate effective service management practices
4. Actively share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster professional growth within the unit
5. Conduct periodic audits of ITSM reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
6. Implement quality assurance standards for reporting and analytics functions
7. From time to time, may be required to work extended hours to achieve immediate business driven results

The Key Accountabilities are, but not limited to:

• Manage completion within deadlines for all monthly financial statements & reporting functions in accordance with Group processes and policies. Group reporting packages include Actuals, CSR, Tax Packs, CCE, CBCR and etc)
• Ensure compliance with all Group Policies and statutory financial controls including external/internal audit and FMC requirements.
• Manage external audit, corporate taxes, GST, Witholding Taxes, statistical surveys and other statutory reporting matters, including liaison with relevant external parties.
• Build and manage relationship with agencies and other SSC teams.
• Provide advisory support and guidance for any accounting & taxes matters to agencies and other SSC teams.
• Support collaboration within Groupe and agencies which include agencies integration, legal entities reduction, Post Monthend & Balance Sheet Review and etc.
• Assist management on continuous improvement projects as appropriate that may arise on an ad-hoc basis.
