Reporting to the HR Manager, the Compensation & Benefits Supervisor will be responsible for:

Payroll Management:
Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, including entering data into payroll systems, calculating wages, deductions, taxes, and adjustments.
Review and validate timesheets, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

Employee Benefits Administration:
Administer various employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave monitoring/conversion, coop processing, and other company-sponsored and government-mandated benefits.
Enroll new employees in benefit plans, make changes to existing employee benefits, and ensure timely termination of benefits for departing employees.
Act as a point of contact for employees’ questions and concerns regarding their benefits.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll and benefits records.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, such as tax filings, year-end forms, and summary reports for management.
Generate and analyze payroll and benefits reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure secure handling and storage of sensitive payroll and benefits data.

Compliance and Audits:
Ensure all payroll and benefits processes adhere to company policies and legal standards.
Assist in preparing for audits by providing required documentation and explaining payroll and benefits operations.
Stay informed about changes in payroll and benefits laws and regulations and update company practices accordingly.
Liaise and process necessary documents for government offices including SSS, PhilHealth, BIR, and PAGIBIG Fund as required.

Employee Communication and Support:
Provide excellent customer service to employees, helping resolve any payroll or benefits-related inquiries or issues promptly.
Conduct new employee orientations, educating them about payroll processes and benefits options.
Create and distribute communications regarding changes to payroll and benefits policies.

Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited) to:  

• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure quarterly and yearly targets are met, consistently delivering reliable quality control results on time and achieving customer service objectives. 

• Apply strong data analytic skills to monitor and evaluate service quality metrics, analyze performance trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve the delivery of high-quality service for both internal and external clients. 

• Guarantee the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in alignment with internal and external customer needs and objectives. 

• Develop and implement solutions to enhance the value we deliver to both internal and external clients, while improving our overall quality of service.

• Engage in process improvement projects that drive company growth and create action plans that emphasize fostering internal team collaboration and supporting employee career development. 

• Day-to-day communication with internal and external client’s key contacts and follow-up of activities. 

• Actively participate in team meetings and work collaboratively to resolve open issues. 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Inspection back-office team.

We are launching a new team to centralize back-office operations management for QIMA Standard Accounts Inspection Services. The candidate will be part of the new team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle requests for Inspection clients under Standard Accounts, received through Freshdesk ticketing tool or other communication. 
• Write and maintain General Instructions (GIs) – how we record custom requirements for each client that Operations teams need to follow. 
• Work with Ops SIP team to develop Special Inspection Workflows where needed. 
• Proactively check the Inspection performance / KPIs of important and high-risk clients under Standard Accounts. Communication action plans as needed. 
• Work closely with QIMA sales team members to understand the needs of their clients and enhance customer loyalty.
• Support project to improve Inspector GIs and improve use of QIMAone Special Workflow for Inspection services.

Report validation:

• You will help us live up to our promise of fast report turnaround, while making sure that report quality is not compromised by the fast delivery.
• You will be expected to:
  • Review inspection reports that come in from the field, to make sure they are prepared accurately and according to format.
  • Validate incoming inspection reports if they meet all the appropriate requirements.
  • Inform inspectors promptly in case of problems and follow up to make sure any discrepancies are corrected.

Team Supervision:

• Supervise a team of report specialists to achieve or exceed goals and key performance indicators.
• Handle escalations from direct reports regarding report validation issues.
• Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
• Review and approve work hours and attendance-related filings for payroll
• Handle given task by Team Leader/ Report Manager as necessary.

• Contribute to Internal projects of formalization and standardization

Based in Cebu, the Accounts Payable Supervisor will report to the Accounts Payable Manager..

Job Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

• Oversee the day-to-day AP Operations activities.

• Manage the daily workload of the whole team.

• Supervise, direct, and review the work of the account payable staff, maintain the general ledgers and sub ledgers.

• Ensure agreed SLA & KPI are met.

• 2nd level of escalation for issues & concerns from all stakeholders.

• Supports the Product Team in project coordination, communication, and documentation for Tech Product initiatives in QIMA and our acquisition.
• Collects, compiles, and analyzes project-related data and feedback from stakeholders to generate insightful reports and presentations on project progress.
