The Job                                                                     

The Project Management Leader will work closely with the Process Excellence Manager, undertaking a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of impactful initiatives and projects within the Finance department. This role demands hands-on management, leveraging expertise in both project management and change management.

• Create and execute project work plans by defining scope, resource allocation, key milestones, quality standards, risk assessment, and deliverables. Adapt plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements effectively.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, internal and external resources, and providing regular project status updates.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues promptly as needed.
• Set clear success metrics, effective follow-up measures, and diligently track progress.
• Support change initiatives and continuous improvements. Creating projects to deliver changes across global support finance.  

The Product Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the manager in project coordination, data analysis, and reporting related to our Tech product initiatives. This position will report directly to the Product Coordination Manager.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supports the Product Team in project coordination, communication, and documentation for Tech Product initiatives in QIMA and our acquisition.
• Collects, compiles, and analyzes project-related data and feedback from stakeholders to generate insightful reports and presentations on project progress.
• Tracks and set-up key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success and performance of Tech product initiatives.
• Organizes and delivers user training sessions, ensuring a clear understanding of Tech product functionality and providing ongoing user support.
• Drives and coordinates project activities, including scheduling meetings, allocating resources, and diligently tracking deliverables to ensure seamless project execution.
• Spearheads change management initiatives and leads the charge in proposing innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
