Key Responsibilities:

• AI/ML Solution Implementation: Work closely with business leaders and data scientists to understand user needs and transition AI/ML prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Full-Scale Model Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Data Integration: Ensure efficient collection and integration of data from diverse sources for training and validation of AI models.
• System Integration: Collaborate with tech teams to integrate AI/ML solutions seamlessly into existing systems and enhance data collection processes.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance to ensure responsiveness and scalability.
• Code Quality and Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, ensuring best practices in software development.
• Process Improvement: Leverage AI/ML to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic projects aimed at enhancing business performance and competitiveness.
• Change Management and Adoption: Ensure successful adoption of AI/ML solutions by managing organizational change, assisting with user training, and conducting post-implementation follow-up to support users and address any issues.

Mission 

Your main mission will be to contribute within the SaaS QIMAone team. QIMAone is a quality and compliance management platform designed to optimize control processes. It enables real-time collaboration with supply chain stakeholders, offering full transparency and actionable data to improve product quality and reduce operational inefficiencies.

• Design and implement automated test cases to ensure the quality of QIMAone’s platform features.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Management, Development, and UX/UI Design teams to understand functional and technical requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Write scripts to automate manual test cases and ensure stable and maintainable test environments.
• Analyze test results, diagnose issues, and provide quick and accurate solutions.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including development cycles, demos, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Propose and implement improvements to test processes and assist in the setup of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Maintain and update automated test frameworks and suites.
• Work proactively to identify test gaps and improve code coverage.

LOCATION: Cebu or anywhere in the Philippines

Key Responsibilities:  

• Monitor and manage day-to-day security alerts and incidents detected on QIMA anti-malware solutions. 

• Contain and remediate, escalated security incidents by working with IT support, IT Infrastructure, and/or Applications team. Document and implement changes to prevent potential recurrence. 

• Perform security event and network log analysis to identify other indicators of compromise across the QIMA environment.  

• Regularly review and develop strategies and procedures to handle security incidents ensuring that the QIMA incident response plan is up to date. 

• Maintain QIMA Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, and ensure that regular testing of plans are conducted based on agreed frequencies. 

• Perform regular security vulnerability assessment against QIMA applications and infrastructure. Document and report findings to the applicable teams (IT Infrastructure/Application Development Teams) to drive the completion on patching and remediation based on aligned SLAs. 

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and internal and external audits related to information security. Assist in providing evidence to support QIMA’s compliance to any audit requirements. 

• Create and present regular reports on all deliverables stated to be presented to the Head of Information Security.
