Payroll Management:

• Compile product checklists based on our client’s specifications and our own inspection requirements, while making sure that all specs are in their corresponding sections.
• Ensure that when protocols are finished, they’re delivered to our inspectors the day before they visit the factory with an inspection.

• Create and update Audit Protocols: in collaboration with technical team Minimize the protocol edition time by using the most efficient method, ensure they meet client’s requirements and are well set-up for Auditor use.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can support our Technical Documentation Team to create layouts in our XML-based component content management system. This system is used to create, manage and publish technical documentation such as instruction manuals or operating or assembly instructions for our clients.

The XML-based component system (Quanos ST4) is used to manage multilingual and multi-variant documents across our client base and allows us to easily upload written content across many different consumer goods items, such as electrical applicances, toys, garden funiture and power tools. The technical instructions of many instruction manuals or operating manuals tends to be similar however our customers have specific style guide or brand requirements that allow the manuals to be unique for that brand of item.

We are looking for someone who can help support creating these different layouts for each document size and customer requirements so that their manuals and technical documents are aligned to their unique brand requirements for format, font size, structure and visuals.

The GRC specialist must have a good understanding of the different security and data privacy laws and regulations and industry security best practices with the ability to apply these standards to the QIMA environment.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Liaise with Security, IT, Compliance, Legal, HR, and other departments and stakeholders to ensure cohesive compliance and risk management efforts.
   • Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies, auditors and client security requirements.
   • Provide guidance and support to all QIMA employees on GRC-related matters.

You will be expected to:

• Perform weekly payments, bank reconciliation, cash flow and month-end closing tasks for AP-related accounts;
• Coordination with related stakeholders i.e. suppliers, internal requestors, etc., to solve daily issues;
• Follow all internal control procedures for all AP tasks;
• Ensure that agreed SLA & KPI are constantly met;
• Produce monthly AP reports as needed;
