Job Title: Executive Assistant with Social Media Management Skills

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant with experience in social media management to support our client's executive team and manage their social media presence. This role requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who can manage executive schedules, assist in project coordination, and maintain our social media platforms. Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and handle follow-up tasks.
- Assist with email and communication management, responding on behalf of executives when needed.
- Coordinate projects, ensuring timely progress and updates.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and inquiries.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager.
- Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
