We are seeking a detail-oriented ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to ABA therapy services. In addition to data entry, this role may include occasional phone calls to collect information, follow up on documentation, or communicate with clients, providers, or insurance representatives. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain ABA therapy data in company systems or software.
- Ensure proper documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans.
- Perform data validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of records.
- Communicate with therapists, clients, and administrative staff to clarify or obtain missing information.
- Make phone calls to follow up on outstanding data, documentation, or approvals as required.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal use or client updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in ABA, healthcare, or data management is a plus.
- Experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or ABA-related setting.
- Proficiency in data entry software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and other relevant tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with making professional phone calls.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and client confidentiality standards is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ABA therapy terminology and procedures.
- Experience with practice management or EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
