Reporting Line

• Senior LMS Engagement Manager

Primary Responsibilities    

• Works with the global training team and business IT team in rolling out global training products across the affiliates
• Assists with the ad-hoc projects from the business IT team
• Collaborates with other teams including external vendors to ensure quick resolution of the user problems
• Provides end to end solution for cases raised by the affiliates
• Provides knowledge and expertise (Subject Matter Expert) about the process and functionality of the business application.
• Trains and gives support to end users of the business application
• Conducts incident evaluation, replication of issue, gather essential information and include checking and trouble-shooting steps when escalating to other teams.
• Prepares weekly and/or monthly reports to Management and/or Stakeholders on summary of application activities, highlights and statistics

Specific Responsibilities   

• Performs the tasks in rolling out global training product in the business application
• Recommends solutions in implementing training products and ad-hoc projects
• Review of ticket life cycle, follow up to end-users or technical team whenever necessary
• Monitoring and tracking of cases for appropriate escalation and follow-up and update end-users
• Keep track of known solutions, establish and develop application knowledge database and use findings to reply to end-users
• Keep track of business operations documentations to ensure clear identification of business issues
• Provides assistance to team member’s questions and problems, and reviews team member’s work for quality and guideline compliance
• Documents resolutions, create work instructions and identify feature improvement on the application or on the process to improve customer satisfaction
• Participates on business application’s meetings and trainings

Reporting Line

Primary Responsibilities    

• Prepares distinct action plans in line with the overall business and sales strategies to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth aims of the business
• In-charge of developing new businesses, generating new sales opportunities and managing key accounts in order to meet required revenue targets

Specific Responsibilities   

• In conjunction with overall sales strategy, create sales and business development plans to grow SGS revenue for designated industry, market segment, accounts and/or geographical location
• Conduct market analysis to find out industry needs, pricing and trends to capture business opportunities
• Establish strong market presence through consistent participation in various industry affiliation and events
• Identify, conduct research, plan and contact potential clients to establish new business in order to achieve targeted revenue growth
• Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients through consistent customer engagement
• Anticipate, identify, and acknowledge client’s needs and pains and translates those into sales opportunities
• Prepare quotation, service agreement, and tender within set deadlines to achieve sales performance targets
• Ensure timely and professional submission of all information and proposals as requested by clients, ensuring follow-up until closure
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports of Weekly Activity Report and Weekly Activity Plan

• Perform appropriately and immediately to emergency situations and assist other staff members in maintaining readiness to respond to emergencies within the workplace

• Maintain a safe and tidy worksite according to the organization’s 5S program and guidelines
• Maintain awareness of the safety and health related hazards and environmental aspects and propose action plans to control the risks to immediate superior or QHSEE Coordinators
• Actively participate in incident investigations and risk assessments as deemed necessary by SGS management
• Fulfill the requirements needed in the success of the QHSEE Management System
• Recognize the potential consequences of not following the established policies, procedures, and guidelines, including not fulfilling the organization’s compliance obligations

• Oversees laboratory testing done in his/her section and reviews analytical results with concerned analysts. 

• Performs analyses relevant to his/her section when necessary. 

• Interprets evaluation results of his/her assigned commodity and prepares section report for management use. 

• Ensures all materials and equipment needed for the day’s analysis are prepared and available. 

• Ensures that the analysts observe good housekeeping practices and complies with Company Safety Manual and QMS. 

• Performs various administrative duties such as but not limited to work distribution, staff performance monitoring including giving of feedback to ensure they meet performance standards, providing training and/or disciplining staff when necessary. 

• Decision-making as to work assignments of direct subordinates (i.e. method of analysis, key priority assignments, admin matters) 

• Request for cash advance / payment of division’s expenses subject to review of and approval of Laboratory Operations Manager.

• Ensures compliance to the Group and national policies including but not limited to the maintenance of the Quality Management System

• Responsible for beefing up client base through scouting for potential clients and making actual sales transactions, expanding business with clients, and providing market information to help in developing marketing and sales plans and targets

Specific Responsibilities

• Presents, offers, follow up and make sales transactions for SGS CBE services.
• Prepares sales reports detailing prospective and existing client base and the progress of sales efforts and continuing projects.
• Increases client base by scouting for potential clients and maintaining assigned accounts through identification of their needs, packaging services that would best fulfill their requirements, and making successful sales transactions.
• Communicates client problems, complaints and other requirements through monthly reports.
