• Senior LMS Engagement Manager

Primary Responsibilities    

• Works with the global training team and business IT team in rolling out global training products across the affiliates
• Assists with the ad-hoc projects from the business IT team
• Collaborates with other teams including external vendors to ensure quick resolution of the user problems
• Provides end to end solution for cases raised by the affiliates
• Provides knowledge and expertise (Subject Matter Expert) about the process and functionality of the business application.
• Trains and gives support to end users of the business application
• Conducts incident evaluation, replication of issue, gather essential information and include checking and trouble-shooting steps when escalating to other teams.
• Prepares weekly and/or monthly reports to Management and/or Stakeholders on summary of application activities, highlights and statistics

Specific Responsibilities   

• Performs the tasks in rolling out global training product in the business application
• Recommends solutions in implementing training products and ad-hoc projects
• Review of ticket life cycle, follow up to end-users or technical team whenever necessary
• Monitoring and tracking of cases for appropriate escalation and follow-up and update end-users
• Keep track of known solutions, establish and develop application knowledge database and use findings to reply to end-users
• Keep track of business operations documentations to ensure clear identification of business issues
• Provides assistance to team member’s questions and problems, and reviews team member’s work for quality and guideline compliance
• Documents resolutions, create work instructions and identify feature improvement on the application or on the process to improve customer satisfaction

Specific Responsibility:

Receiving:

• Handles receiving of incoming samples and ensures samples are inspected, sorted, and stored in a suitable storage condition.
• Records, checks, and assess the quantity and sufficiency of samples against testing requirement.
• Records and checks the quality and integrity of samples and coordinates client and sales for any discrepancy and defects.
• Ensures samples received are checked against relevant documents such as but not limited to Proposal, P.O., Request for Analysis form etc.
• Registers samples in the system and must ensure all relevant information such as client special instructions are captured accordingly.
• Sends generated claim stub to client after registration.
• Endorses samples and documents like Job Instruction, Work Sheets and other relevant documents to laboratory.
• Scans and uploads documents to dedicated Sharepoint site.

Reporting:

• Generates and sends complete final tests and inspection reports to client.
• Ensures details are correct and client special instructions are captured accordingly before sending of final reports to client.
• Maintain documents and files/keeps them on corresponding job folders and/or prepare documentation for archiving.
• Ensures records and monitoring are up to date.

Dispatching:

• §  Prepares and dispatches document package (Certificate/LTR, Invoice, Proposal, Letter, etc.) with approved results or reports through appropriate means (by fax, mail, courier, or delivery).
• §  Ensures correctness of recipients’ details and parcel’s content to avoid erroneous dispatching.
• §  Monitors and tracks the parcel’s location and update the monitoring in a timely manner.
• §  Ensures delivery receipts are scanned, compiled, and uploaded in the designated Sharepoint.
• §  Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior

Reporting Line:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assists the H&S/OCE Manager in the maintenance and continual improvement of the organization’s national quality, health, safety, environmental and energy (QHSEE) management systems, such as but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 50001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025, ISO 17020.
• Conducts internal audit and training relevant to the management systems, such as but not limited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 50001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025, ISO 17020, Corporate Governance, Operational Integrity, and SAT Audit.
• Assists in the achievement of the division’s objectives and targets aligned with the corporate directives by providing support and active participation in the different Corporate Social Responsibility activities and other activities led by the OMD.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assists the H&S team in establishing, maintaining, and improving the required Management Systems and other IMS projects that would benefit society and the environment while boosting the SGS brand and reputation.
• Undertakes Internal Audit activities, Corporate Governance, SAT, Supplier Audits, and other audit activities as a team leader or team member according to the internal audit programme.
• Oversees QHSEE meetings and other meetings related to the management systems.
• Collaborates with QHSEE Coordinators from the different business and function lines in implementing the Management Systems in their respective divisions.
• Acts as the Document Controller of the team and maintains the integrity of all documented information saved in the IMS SharePoint site.
