OVERVIEW
Reporting directly to the Senior Sales Manager of High Velocity Sales Manila. ConnectWise is looking for an exceptionally motivated onsite Salesforce Administrator.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Aims at keeping a log/running list of reporting ideas/improvements.
- Work closely with the leadership team and onshore colleagues to find and address process areas requiring improvement.
- Recommends short- and long-term training strategies for the improvement of training quality.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Will be supplying feedback on daily team observations and make recommendations for improved performance.
- Independently exercise excellent judgment, discretion, and sound reasoning in making important decisions
- Excellent professional communication skills needed, both verbal and written
- Must be able to collaborate with Senior Leaders and all levels of employees and consistently exude a pleasant, polished, and professional image.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, with a high degree of accuracy and on time.
- Ability to switch gears and frequently reprioritize while keeping a calm and controlled demeanor.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel to generate reports, pivoted data, and graphs.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
