• You will be conducting on-line sales presentations with existing MSP partners, who are interest in adding additional ConnectWise products and services.
• Your goal is to secure additional revenue from ConnectWise partners assigned
• Deliver online presentations and business calls to owners of small businesses
• Clearly and convincingly communicate the value of ConnectWise’s IT Management Platform to secure trial evaluations for additional Solutions. Cross sell and upsell ConnectWise products.
• Articulate a unique business value of our remote monitoring and management solution
• Salesforce data entry and opportunity tracking assistance
• Contract information submission and verification
• Correlate monthly sales reports
• Communicate important feedback from prospects and customers internally
• Stay up to date with new products and features
• Manage sales opportunities through pipeline stages.
• Achieve sales goals for partner revenue growth.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role where closing North American prospects to annual agreements.
• You must be a strong and clear communicator.
• You must have the sales experience to work through a conversation and be persistent. Need above average objection handling abilities.
• You have a strong work-ethic and positive attitude along with a desire to learn

• Product Quoting experience in IT related Industry
• Knowledge of ConnectWise suite is a PLUS
• Generate quotes from inbound requests
• Dispatch/ Manage inbound ticket dashboards
• Contact partners to review licensing options
• Follow- up on quotes to close business
• Use of Salesforce is a PLUS
• Excellent organizational skill
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office, database software (Excel), spreadsheets with intermediate formula
• Runs and analyzes reports and ensues that all reports are accurate and reliable
• Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined here in
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2-3 years working experience in the related field in a BPO setting
