OCE Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of HCP and HCO, engagements, and other details in OCE and Salesforce.
- Extract, clean, and analyze raw data from Salesforce to generate insights.
- Upload and update OCE target based on prescribed timelines.
- Assist end users on OCE data queries and concerns and resolve issues raised.
Finance Support
- Monitor payables, update and accurate maintenance of payment vouchers monitoring file, including reconciliation of records to actual documents.
- Preparation of various finance documents for e-signature or routing for wet signature
- Printing and compiling of BIR related documents.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as determined by the Finance Manager
Human Resource Support:
- Provide support for on-site HR-related activities and processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the central HR team and Finance to assist in payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
- Address government and statutory-related requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and compliant responses.
- Support ad-hoc HR requests and projects as needed.
