1. Maintains existing sales accounts, develop new ones and assists other related department/s in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.

2. Maximize effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, seminars and trial mixes to clients.

3. Ensures customer satisfaction by regular sales calls, providing the right products at the right time and quantity and by attending to customer inquiries/complaints/problems.

4. Updates self with existing and upcoming construction projects; analyzes market information and prepares strategies, plans and sales forecasts.

5. Ensures that all accounts in her areas are secured with proper credit recommendations; gives price quotations according to the given range/limit.

6. Monitors the flow of sales operations in every customer – from sales ordering to delivery & ensuring Account Receivables & Overdues are not beyond allowable credit terms/limit.

7. Monitors collection of receivables and counter receipt of sales invoices and delivery receipts.

8. Responsible to monitor Sika products handled by respective wodistributors and customers to ensure efficient inventory management and proper storage of Sika products.  

9. Adheres to the SPI established Quality and Environmental Management Systems and Quality Policy.

10. Actively participates in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.

1. Ensures technical services (concrete trial, tank maintenance, etc.) performed are efficiently conducted to maximize, if not eliminate, post application and post service customer complaints.

1. Conducts concrete trials and ensures the concrete samples from trials are carefully handled. Actively conducts or witness testing on the samples from trial to be correctly tested.

1. Conduct installation and preventive maintenance of admix dispenser equipment and storage tanks loaned to customers. 

1. Attends technical training and performs actual product application workshops and demonstration.

1. Cleans and maintains tools and test equipment in proper working order; maintains good housekeeping in his area of responsibility to ensure safety.

1. Support in-house product testing and sample preparation for third party test.

1. Support local implementation of new application techniques.

1. Maintain quality and integrity of all related products by giving feedback regularly to Technical Support Manager and/or Technical Supervisor.

1. Acts as the technical support of the Sales team to assess causes and determine possible remedies of the issues.

1. Reports and update daily schedule and task to Technical Supervisor. Provide technical reports to technical supervisor for review on site activities and testing as required by customers. Give summary of monthly activities.
