• 5+ years of experience as a 3D artist/animator with experience leading teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in 3D modeling, rigging, and animation using tools like Blender, Maya, or 3DS Max.
• Advanced experience with Unity 3D and Unreal Engine pipelines, shaders, and performance optimization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both technical skills and artistic vision in 3D character and environmental design.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of guiding creative teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand 3D assets.
• Deep understanding of PBR workflows, asset optimization, and performance constraints in game engines.

As a Full-Stack Developer at GIG, you will take ownership of both the front-end and back-end of our applications, from designing and developing APIs to implementing user-facing elements.
