- Be an escalation point for the customer support team and resolve potential issues.
- Deploy and maintain customers' environments using ansible and terraform maintaining a microservices environment.
- Work with the RF Engineering team on customer deliverables and timelines.
- Improve current process and optimize the delivery pipeline with automation.
- Work with Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus & Grafana to integrate Spectrum Effect monitoring features.
