As the Trading Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the day to day communications for the entire Support process from initial query to resolution for our B2B clients.

THE CHALLENGE:

• To ensure that trading related customer queries are dealt with in a fast and efficient manner and to the highest possible standard.
• Provide ongoing QA of the Support process to management.
• Regular liaison with the Trading Services department to ensure best practice is achieved at all times –  report key issues and product extensions to drive improvement in the pre-match and MTS products.
• Liaising with traders across our global offices to ensure client queries are answered in a timely manner – build an in-depth knowledge of different team’s responsibilities.
• Escalation of internal/external technical issues and following this throughout it's life-cycle.

As a Trading Analyst you will be responsible for the daily running of Sportradar's rapidly expanding Managed Trading Service (MTS) and its core Pre-Match Odds Suggestion service (PMOS).

Our Managed Trading Services Team (MTS) offers the most effective risk, liability, and player management service for sports betting operators and lotteries around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and conduct due diligence products and complex intelligence-led investigations using an all-source approach
• Collect, analyse and evaluate sensitive information and datasets
• Perform advanced Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) research and analysis in order to support investigations and due diligence projects
• Produce a variety of intelligence products, including both short and extensive written reports
• Develop and maintain intelligence holdings and datasets
• Contribute to the identification, cultivation and management of Human Intelligence (HUMINT) sources

Working within the Corporate Compliance team, the KYC analyst will be supporting with the compliance activities with a strong focus on Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligences. • Support the constant enhancement and refinement of workflows related to KYC and enhanced due diligence.
